According to the State of Affairs thread, it's the territory the forum member Kipdog resides in, as in, Random Castle (Random Chat forum) and The Metropolis of Order (General Chat forum).

Also State of Affairs is Random Chats version of the Namco Puzzle thread.

The local branch of Kippyland was nuked and the secret underground version of Kippyland is infested with evil robot clones; therefore, the most feasible approach would be to visit a different country's version of Kippyland; nevertheless, officially I do not condone anything with the Kippyland brand.

So that's what was going on. I'd checked that thread once or twice, and always came away horribly confused.

Kippyland is nearly in operating order; there were a few damages that some of my security did not cover. I hope to have the entirety of Kippyland open around the beginning of Spring. Until then, I have a few small areas open to the public. I'd recommend checking out the petting zoo. Some new branches are planning on opening up closer to The Metropolis and Random Castle as well. Distance should never be a problem for fun!
