I have a 512 user Teamspeak server up 24/7 with a NISA channel and its free. PM for server details and NISA channel password (I don't want the credentials on a public place, but we can pass it around to anyone in PMs). Otherwise, I have Skype as everyone already insisted we use that... Ventrilo would cost money to rent a server that's more than 8 connections... but if someone's already paying for it, I can use that too.
