Ronove suggested that I just simply post the server details in images... which is brilliant. Why did I not think of that?

Channel - Just doubleclick the [NIS America Channel] item.


You'll notice that you enter a silenced lobby. You'll need to enter the NIS America Channel to speak. Feel free to use this in addition to Ronove's Ventrilo server.

Solice's server is definitely legit. I endorse it.

Shizuka, in my server window it says that your ping is 900+, while it should be below 20 at least.
If you have torrents or downloads running, you may want to turn them off.

After that, make sure you click the setup button and try switching your 'output device' in the splash down menu until Quillbell can hear you.
Also, be sure to set your ventrilo 'push to talk hotkey'.
