Yeah, but all the really good ones (the dynamic ones) are not. I have the free one. It's pretty good, but I personally think the Class of Heroes 3 themes are better. That and my own theme I made

Personally I am not too picky about themes, I just hate having the same thing for more than a couple of weeks.

Well, you can find some really good custom themes (no, these are not for CFW, they were around before any of this hacking stuff), and you can even make your own. And I also like to change mine up every so often.

Whoa there! Unfortunately, there are static themes for all the characters with about 4 wallpapers each using CG from the game and all the custom image buttons on the XMB are of said character with various expressions. I happen to have all them and its not worth it unless you REALLY love the game...like me!

...Hmmm you sure? All the Japanese PSN XMB themes I've gotten, including Neptunia's, are static. Same goes with the Cross Edge themes they have up too.

Of course they are sure, and I have proof to back it up. Since I have the Neptune, Blanc, Black heart, and Purple Heart dynamic themes, and they all have animation of some sort. Plus, there is only one Free XMB theme, I also have that one, and it is the only one that is static.

The 250Y ones are all Dynamic.

And if you want actual proof, I can always make a crappy video using my blackberry.

The free one does change all the icons on the PSN menu, which I still found nice.
