Neptunia XMB theme

Of course they are sure, and I have proof to back it up. Since I have the Neptune, Blanc, Black heart, and Purple Heart dynamic themes, and they all have animation of some sort. Plus, there is only one Free XMB theme, I also have that one, and it is the only one that is static.

The 250Y ones are all Dynamic.

And if you want actual proof, I can always make a crappy video using my blackberry.

the free one on the JP psn is good, plus its not just a background it changes all the icons too X3 and well the background changes too everytime you log out

You could also save him the trouble and YouTube them. I've seen them on there. All the humans walk around in the background. The 4 goddesses in HDD form hover in the same spot and do their standard battle animation every 5 seconds or so. I like them, but the themes themselves are a bit on the plain side.
