Yes, that was present in the japanese version. I think it has to do with... well.. huge spoiler so I'm not sure if YOU'RE there yet, so read at your own expense:

Tyria wasn't completely integrated with the tower, as you can find out from her cosmospheres, that scientist interrupted her as she was combining her consciousness with the tower, by shooting himself in the head and traumatizing her. I think that may be the reason that song isn't entirely complete either, or not functioning properly, which would be why it seems corrupted in that area as it plays.

Err, let me correct that a little:

Actually, Rebirthia Protocol isn't for integrating her consciousness with the Tower: it actually TURNS her into the Tower. However, due to what the bastard of Kurogane made, the Song ended executing in a faulty way, and Tyria became an incomplete Tower. All of the wireframe-like areas you can see in the Tower's structure are the parts that couldn't be created because of the song's failure.

I think I got pretty close for someone who hasn't read the lore of Ar tonelico 3 yet, lol. Thanks for the correction =D

I just encountered the voice/text desync in the third girl's third cs that Zazn mentioned. It was kinda confusing . It starts from the second last star and goes until the end of the cs so a pretty considerable amount of time. I can also confirm that it's playing audio for text 2 lines into the future with the currently displayed line. I was using the japanese voices.

No, I mean, what's stopping you from getting it?

It doesn't activate the trophy when you get 100% on a New Game+.

I already mentioned this somewhere else, but the REASON you're not getting the 100% cosmosphere trophy is because you have to get 100% in ONE playthrough. So if you do a new game+ to anywhere in the game that is NOT the beginning of the game, you can NOT get the 100% cosmosphere trophy for your second reyvateil, because you will have already automatically completed a small portion of it.
So basically the only way to get around this is to do a New Game+ to the beginning of the game.

This only happens when you New Game+ to get Saki's 100% trophy? Are you sure? Because in my japanese game I also went for Finnel first, then New Game+'d to the second phase and couldn't get the trophy for Saki. But I wouldn't know whether it does or does not happen if you do the same when you go for Saki first. And I don't intend to waste time trying to find out D:
