Right, so I think it happens for both Finnel and Saki if you don't do the entire cosmosphere in one playthrough. For

Well, you don't have to get to the last level for Tyria. You only need to complete levels one and two. Then the last level has all three endings(which you need to unlock again to 100% her cosmosphere).

I meant you have to do her entire cosmosphere if you plan to try for her 100% cosmosphere trophy no matter what New game+ option you choose, since she hasn't joined your party before any of those points in the game, so you can't already have a part of her cosmosphere done and glitch yourself out of the trophy

Maybe you made a few wrong choices, there's one Hyuma you can miss along with one star event if you do 2 other star events before you do that particular one. I think it's in...... world 7.

Did you fill out a support thing to NISA yet?

likely, you might have hit a crazy bug. They might be able to give you some kind of way to make it work.

@CelticRedemption: I used a guide this time. I also stopped between -every- area to check for those unmarked events. (Not bothering to note that I'm at 100% since that adds playthroughs.)

You might as well try. It takes up a little of your time, and it's possible someone there actually hit the same problem and knows how to fix it. Yes, the possibility is slim, but it's there. And that's what the support form is for. I'm sure they'd be happy to look at your issue. It may even solve the possibility of it happening to other people as well.

I read you hafta re-visit her Cosmosphere after you complete it for an extra scene. Might be that.

Not really bugs, but I am noticing a few cosmetic errors and grammar/spelling errors. You instead of your, uses instead of use, I think at one point they even used a word with a completely different meaning instead.
Oh, and when you make the.... ehm.. Safety Armor with Finnel, the text goes outside the box.

Yeah, there are a couple here and there. There must be something about AT and NISA that's prone to this stuff. Though, it's still about a thousand times better than MoM.
