I'd say I prefer kuudere, tsundere, and yandere characters. Kuudere fits the profile of a character like Jacqli perfectly. I often find myself falling for tsundere like Shana from Shakugan no Shana (generally not the abusive ones).

Yandere are just fun to watch.
To a lesser extent, I can appreciate dandere characters--though the characters I like are silent due to personality quirks, not simple shyness. An example would be Aselia from Eien no Aselia, who seems borderline autistic when you first encounter her.

I can't really say I'm fond of the archetype "moe" encompasses, if only because the category is too broad. While I like imouto types, I don't like the "dumb blonde" type. Similarly, excessive childishness or "genki" can be irritating. I do like lolis such as Hazuki from Tsukuyomi (Moon Phase) though.
