So, I saw the Japanese version of the book at the Con today. It was quite nice; I'm looking forward to the English one.

This is one book I'm sure to order, I will just wait around the end of May to pre-order it.

Does anyone know if the make of the english version will be the same as the Japanese?
I see same page count. I hope same dimensions and same or better paper quality.

Is it possible for the Visual Book to go out of stock in Amazon before the release date? I'm wanting to buy it but don't know until when is safe to wait.

No matter if you order it from Rightstuf or Amazon or wherever you're purchasing it from, even if it sells out, there will be a 2nd pressing of copies and a 3rd and so on as long as people keep buying it. So basically can wait for a 2nd shipment, if the 1st pressing sells out. It's not like there's a limit to how many copies are created except for maybe how many are shipped at a time to the website you want to buy it.

But with all of these websites, they don't charge you until your copy ships anyways. So really anytime is safe to do so.

Cheaper than buying it on ebay later when it's sold out? Yes.

Cheaper than buying it a week later from the same distributor? No.

I do not think so, from my experience with amazon anyways.

I've actually done shopping around for different prices. So far, Amazon is the cheapest.

When I preorder really early it's usually cheaper than at/after launch.

I happened to be browsing Amazon earlier when I stumbled upon the Visual Book preorder page. Very tempting~

It's especially interesting that it's getting a U.S. release.

I saw someone mention the idea of a poster of one of the three towers. I'd totally spring for one of those, too.

if it's anything like the atelier series art book, this is a must have for any ar tonelico fan.

I hope the paper/ covers are the same materials as the Japanese versions.
