I got mine from Amazon.co.uk so you should not have too much problem in Germany

Atelier Series: Official Chronicle, originally published in Japan by Enterbrain, is a 272-page collection of art work from 11 different Atelier games, starting with Atelier Marie for the PlayStation 2.

The GameBoy game was totally different, though. The original Marie has been released for the PS1, the Saturn, the Dreamcast, Windows PC, and the PS2. Atelier Elie was released for the PS1, Dreamcast, WinPC, and PS2. The Dreamcast and PS2 ports of Marie and Elie were packaged and sold together.

Compounding the confusion is "Atelier Marie & Elie" for the Wonderswan Color, which is a wholly new game that features both heroines together in an original story. Meanwhile the GameBoy "ports" are really basically entirely new games (that, among other things, feature no combat at all).

The release history for the Salburg games gets kind of complicated. Gust was, uh, prolific between 1997 and 2001.

Which games are featured in the Chronicle? I'm thinking about getting it, but I've only played the Arland Atelier games so far, so I don't want to get it if it just features a bunch of games I've never played.

Strictly speaking, the superior versions of both Marie and Elie are the PS2 versions. The graphics were re-scanned and upscaled (and so look amazing), all the sprites were redrawn, and a few niggling quest bugs were fixed. It isn't too hard to find, either.

And yeah, this book is basically all the pre-Arland games. I believe Gust announced plans for an Arland-focused artbook, but I can't find the link right now.

oh man.. i would so buy an arland art book but this book does have rorona in it though.
