Who is your BEST Disgaea (sub)main character?

I'm soloing as Laharl but I made a Galaxy Pupil who's getting pretty strong. I still haven't learned any of his spells on Laharl but I might, soon. I'm playing on DS version and abusing the Item World with monsters difficulty boosted to rank 18. My Laharl was level 6000 or so, then I reincarnated for the sake of having more stats here and there. Now I'm doing pretty well with early grinding and stuff like that. Gotta love Winged Attack move.

Edit: My most tortured so far would be the Prinnies. (Sorry!) I never level them up and only use them for diversion when I'm stuck somewhere. lol

Mine is definitely Laharl. Given the way I have Laharl leveled up, the only characters that can come close is my Majin or my Galaxy Mage.

Etna. The best Disgaea character ever created.
Even on my DS version(where I purposely used Pleinair a lot), Etna always surges to the top, with Laharl lagging behind her. Flonne nevers seems to get much action in my party because I always grind so much before I get her.

Pleinair almost won me that Versus Enemy Overlord fight... XD; But I just give characters some really good equipment and then send them through the Dark Council fighting thing for a few rounds and they level up pretty quick-like...

Thursday is by FAR my most powerful character.

I've stolen more stats with him than any other thing I've done in the game. He's a beast-bot.
