Well the promo that pops up when you open Steam said 50%. It was probably just put up for 75% on accident.

It's been happening a lot with this Steam sale, The Sims 3 didn't change price when it was put in a daily sale from its previous sale price, and Risen upped its price after a bit when in the daily sale.
