I pre-ordered the PS2 Version with Hard Cover Art Book on January 6th from Rosenqueen and it still hasn't come in yet. They had no problem charging my credit card on 3/30/2010, but still no game...

Ah well, I hope it gets here eventually or at least before I break down and buy a second copy...

It shows "complete", but I think it may have something to do with them splitting my order. I ordered a bunch of stuff including Sakura Wars when I originally ordered and didn't know that they waited to ship. They were nice enough to split my order, but now I have no idea what's going on with Sakura Wars.

I preordered a copy of Sakura Wars at my new address after moving out of my mother's house a few months ago. Last week, a copy of Sakura Wars arrived at her house. I picked it up, figured I'd just had it sent to the old address, and all was well. Yesterday a copy of Sakura Wars arrived at my new home. I checked the order, and apparently I'd had it sent here. I wasn't charged for the extra copy that went to my old house, I don't think. I've already thrown out the invoice and unpacked the extra copy that came first, so I can't return it.. what should I do?

It's been almost a week since I last heard from Rosenqueen telling me that they're having system problems...

I guess I'll have to give them a call tomorrow... I hope I'm still able to get it.

It's definitely a possibility. But I do hope that they still have a copy of the art book still for you. It's not your fault that it hasn't come yet.

So, I called them today using an ancient device called the telephone (madness!) and they said that their system didn't recognize my order because it was split. However, they assured me that they will be shipping it today along with a free thingie. I can't wait to play it! (Maybe I'll even finish up Final Fantasy XIII before it arrives)

...I just hope they don't accidentally send me the Wii version for some weird reason. That would make me a very sad panda.

So let this be a lesson to you all. Rosenqueen's stated policy is that they don't split orders and even if they make an exception for you it's still a bad idea.

Rosenqueen isn't stupid. I ordered two copies from them of the PS2 version and they both came safely, I'm sure it will come eventually(and hey, you get something extra, so I don't see the need to worry, lucky panda you are!).
