Direct your complaints here about how Namco handled Shiny Festa

It's been announced in Japan, it's on the PS3 (which is NISA's thing), and it would be totally amazing! So, yeah. I made the request because NB would likely never touch this.

Gameplay Guide Even if you know Japanese, it's helpful at the very least for the geography quiz. And it can be helpful for the jan ken po exercises. For people who don't know Japanese, well it's got EVERYTHING that's needed to be able to beat the game

Would you have to play the first one to get the gist of the second Idolm@ster's story or characters? I've never played but I know it's a popular series.

I don't believe there's any sort of problem with having not played the first, outside of the unfamiliarity of the gameplay.

i don't think it will matter, but you could always watch the anime. i think it's more or less the same story.

Hmm, I think I asked this a long time ago and forgot the answer (sorry!), but how tough would the music licensing be? How much is made for the games, how much is licensed J-Pop, and if there's a lot of licensed music, is it at least all from the same publisher?

And I think NISA should try to license the anime too (although that might have actual competition).

100% interested, but probably won't happen because Namdai never lets go of anything they have, even if they have zero intention of publishing it themselves.
