The first OP is still the best in my opinion, the 2nd one is pretty great too though, sometimes an anime that lasts a full season you wish the OP would stay the same.

anyone know if this has been picked up for release in the states? It is definitely the most 'lol" show I have watched in a very long time!

Sadly, the most entertaining/zany shows tend to never get localized for whatever reason. We're pretty fortunate we got PPD.
If it DOES get localized though, Imma get it for sure.
