Just ran into a Raffle Shop in the Item World, sells Release Ticket, Unlock Ticket, and X Ticket..
What are the treasure map the description is on about, and is it worth buying 2(I've only got 2bil HL), or waiting to see if i can find an x-dimension ticket guy?

They're tickets that give you the equivalent of a captured unit's Treasure, and work in the same way.

I'd save the HL, myself.

I did some searching but can't find a definitive answer. I've read that story characters learn all the basic weapon skills by level 500. However, do they learn skills 4-6 (those are the basic ones you don't know/can train at like level 1 right?) all at once at 500? Or is it something like skill 4 at 100, skill 5 at 300 and skill 6 at 500? Also, When I read they learn all the basic skills, that just means skills of the same nature as their weapon forte right? I mean val wont learn big bang. How about casters, will ms angel only know all the heal spells by 500, or will she suddenly learn star and stuff too? I imagine she only learns cleric-spells but you never know.

I don't remember the exact levels, but yes, the story characters unlock the 4-6 skills at certain levels. 4 is 150ish, 5 is 325ish, and 6 is 500. Note that each character will only learn 4-6 of one weapon, and not the other.

I'm pretty certain Vulcanus(?) only learns up to Giga Heal naturally, and she doesn't get any other spells. She does naturally learn all 6 main gun skills, though.

I've seen the topics about heart cannon, but i didn't understood the tatic (probably because i still don't have the game)... But it would be nice to add the heart cannon tatic in the tutorial... If Age can do it, i'd be very grateful

A character with heart cannon as a boost will attack any targetted monster on his own.
Lets say you have 2 Chars with hearth cannon, you place them next to a monster that will get hit by a maximum distance fire spell of your skull.
Both will start to attack, as a act of support, with a common attack onto the target of the skull after his cast, also they utilize team attacks just like any common attack and they do not use up there attack for this action.

Ranged magic can be used as a distance trigger so you keep the enemy far enougth for evasive purposes.
Surrounding with meeles and ranged hitters at team attack spots is usefull for massive combos.
Without upgrading the number of heart cannon users you get 2 who can support attack...
4 meeles and up to 6 ranged ones (placed around the heart hitters) should be like 10 attacks + 8*2 with 18 of those having a chance for beeing team attacks. Thus unleashing a enourmus ammount of damage in a single turn.

I remember being able to find Rank 39 as early as level 100-200 on disgaea 2, but I know they changed it so R39 could only be found in LoC in 3.
Has anyone got an item-rank table, and can tell me what level I can start finding decent equips?

Base shops can sell up to rank 30 items, and you can find up to rank 34 in the regular item world. It's not so much what level in IW you need to be, more what item you're inside. If you're in a rank 1 item, you might find stuff in the 70+ levels. Otherwise, if you go into a rank 30 item, you should start finding higher rank stuff right away.

I'm working on an Excel spreadsheet for an item chart (using the Data Shop) but it's not very complete.

I was under the assumption (making an ass out of u, and mption, weddo) that it was R29, because after 4 resets the highest monster weapon I could find was Art 29, and assumed they went up by rank (art 1 rank 1, art 5 rank 5, etc)
So I can buy Art 30 from the shop for Beryl?

Well, you're wrong, the rank 1 caster monster weapon is "Preamble: Warning," not Art. 1.

Oh, I didn't have a magic monster until atleast shop rank 4, so I never noticed that! It all makes sense.

in D3 you could get Rank 30 itens from item shop and then go to item world and get r34 itens from bonus list, stealing, etc... R35+ only in LoC
