Flonne Dlc code??

i pre ordered the premium figure pack, but its friday 16th sept 2011 and i havn't received my flonne dlc code, any ideas??

Try e-mailing or contacting the support staff at the store directly, as someone's already solved their case of lacking a code that way, I'm sure you can find the details somewhere around here.

Exactly as Ringwraith says. I, myself were one of the customers that didn't recieve my DLC key for 'Fallen Angel Flonne' (or did get the mail, but were no key)

I just submitted the mistake to the support, and included a pic of the mail. And in an hour or two, I had a working key

I just send this to the support yesterday and still haven't received mine yet. Do you, by any chance, get it now, Lightpyro?

Maybe I should just phone NISA but It'll cost me a lot since I'm in Asia.

Depending on when "yesterday" was, you may have e-mailed them outside of their business hours, and now it's the weekend. NISA is on Pacific Standard Time, which is UTC-8; their business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM PST.

Go to the PSN store and go the option in the top-right "Redeem Code" then simply enter it, and hey presto, you have Flonne, then you can download it right there and then or whenever.

A working week is probably enough time to wait before pestering them again, as it's entirely possible it's just got buried under other stuff by accident.
It certainly can't hurt.

Well, you're missing something you're entitled to, so I'd keep sending regular emails, as it's not unheard of for legitimate messages to get buried or eaten by the spam filter.
