FYI, once you find and pass the bill for Kurtis, you won't need to find him again in future cycles, you can just pass the bill again once you hit the post-game.

Do LoC Item Gods always have the next tier up weapon in Legendary? Or is that only for R39/40(holding another R40)?

R40s are always legendary, you can't get them in common or rare form. That's the only reason they're "always" legendary when on the Item God (2). Every other weapon/equipment will have a random rarity from 0-255. That's a 1/32 chance of it being legendary, FYI.

Ah okay, but do the IGod's always have the next rank in the item type?
Although I guess you wouldn't really do much in an item in LoC unless it's R39 for R40 weapons xD

In regards to new cycles, I've never used this feature yet because I'm paranoid about losing things.
Can someone explain to me exactly what's retained on a new cycle?

Items in the main party I'm told, what about on the special characters that had to be unlocked? Should I strip them first?
Once I reach post game again do I just have to pass a bill on each like noted above for P.K.? Or do I have to go through and beat them all again?

The x dem maps I have unlocked and beaten remain unlocked?
Charaworld? Boosts received from runs?
LoC maps?
Reincarnation stored levels/bonus stats?
All the bills I've passed etc?

When you unlock the uniques again they'll be exactly as you left them, Items, reincarnations, boosts from chara world.

LoC will stay, but the individual maps are earned by playing them in the story, and you'll have to clear a few of the chapter 1 missions to go back.
X-Dimension maps remain open, but they need to be beaten again (Although, this doesn't affect LoC access if you got access before NG+)

Bills passed depends, Evil Symbol bills stay passed, but Ordeals has to be passed again, and each individual Postgame character bill needs passing too.

P.K.'s bill will become available once you hit the post game if you had him, doesn't matter about finding him 5 times again, or so I'm told.

Ok great and to receive the endings where you have to lose, the easiest way I'm thinking is to make a cannon fodder lv1 team since none of the original maps can scratch any of my team. In your opinion, is that the easiest route to go?

That'd be the easiest way to go about it, although you could use less and just throw the uniques into your base panel to KO everyone.

But then you could screw up and lose the low levels before you KO your BP, so a group of 10 lv 1s is safer.

Only if it's a Legendary R39. For example, go into a Legendary R17 item. The Item God on floor 100 will have a R18 item equipped. The R18 in this case might be common, rare, or legendary. R40 items are always legendary and are only accessible through R39 items.

Ahah! Thank you! I'm getting fed up with hoping for a legendary R39 weapon, levelled 2 items to 100 in LoC, and I've got a few R38s at legendary so I was planning to take them to 100 and reset for the Legendary R39, but wasnt 100% sure if they spawned or if itw as R39-40 exclusive.

Here's one I haven't been able to figure out.
What does the number next to status anomoly innocents correspond to?

I've heard that their level caps out at 100 so the logical conclusion would be that the number represents the percent chance of the resulting status effect but that doesn't seem right from my use in the past games. The main reason I'm asking is I'm toying with a status anomoly based set of monsters for a party instead of most of the main characters. Yes I know blasphemy of the highest order. :p The concept of such though is intriguing and I figured I would put status anomolies on all their weapons to maximize their effectiveness. I'm just curious how many of said innocents I will need to make it effective.

Do we have a concrete source on this? If so, that might make a lot of people more willing to NG+ - myself included.

Pity he has to wait for the post-game though.

Yes, corresponds to % chance to afflict with that status. I'm pretty sure this only applies to normal attacks, and remember that the target can be resistant to the effect as well.

Do I count as a concrete source? >_>
