Payment issue?

Hey, I just got off the phone with my bank. They just called me about suspicious activity on my card. I had pre ordered the game like the rest of us, and was paying via paypal. What I was told is that NISA tried billing me, but for some reason it didn't process and so they tried billing me a second and then a third time. I've settled the matter with my bank, but what about with NISA and my game?? Has this happened to anyone else before or recently. For starters, yes I had more than enough funds in my paypal account. Is this a NISA issue or is Paypal having issues?

Do you know if your card or account has been charged? If not then I would contact NISA first and work from there. If your card has been charged then they should be sending you your game when it ships from Rosenqueen tomorrow or the 30th or whenever.

The one time I had the bank call for suspicious activity it was when I tried to get psn to accept my credit card. The address had to be so precise, including full zip code. Today, I try not to use credit cards anymore. It makes me too worried. : )

Nope, they said all three attempts to credit my account didn't go through. After looking at my account I've not been charged the 64.64 for the game, but my Paypal account does say a "Pending" transaction of 64.64 to NISAmerica, though that is all. I intend to deal with the matter tomorrow as I have to leave for work at the moment.

That's really awkward...To me that sounds like something that went wrong on their end...I can't quite explain how. I just know that I've been billed via paypal, but I know that physically the funds won't be officially removed from my bank account in a few more days. That's what happened with Disgaea 4. Paypal said it was paid, NISA got their money, they shipped my game, and a day or so after I received my game, the money was finally officially removed (meaning no longer pending) in my actual checking account.

I don't mean to pry, but do you bank with a big chain like I do? I'll admit, I'm banking with Bank of America, so maybe if you bank with a smaller bank like a credit union type kind of bank or a city bank (not CITI bank, but like a bank stationed in the city you live in), perhaps communication or money transfers work a tad bit different. Other than that, I have no idea what could be happening...

I bank with the same bank I did when I pre ordered Hyperdimension Neptunia and everything there went well, like how you just explained. I'll be making some calls during the afternoon and get this dealt with...I hope.
