Thank you for responding. Sandi contacted me yesterday. It appears that there's my billing can't be completed. We sorted that problem and I can finally send my payment to NISA. After that Sandi send me the code. The problem's all done. I apologize for the ruckus.

I'm wondering - is this code available for everyone who ordered the premium edition, or it is exclusive to pre-orders? Meaning, I ordered my copy of Disgaea 4 almost a month after release, and I'm wondering if I should be expecting the code in my email any time soon...?

and I have no clue whether or not it would be a win-win situation if it was eventually put on the PS Store though.

Well maybe it would because ppl who pre-ordered it got it for free while people who wanted the DLC can download it no matter what.

but some ppl who pre-ordered the game wouldn't be too happy, so it's a pretty tough decision if you wanna either keep it pre-order only or eventually put it out in the store.
