Is 94 Quality Weapon passable or I need it at 100 (any differences)

100 Quality equipment get a slight boost in stats.

Also, try to put Inflict Sleep on your weapons if possible. It is very, VERY helpful.

Thanks
I'll try to replace the Enchant Lightning and Earth with Dragon Repel/Beast Repel or Inflict Sleep

I didn't know they changed the way Wholesaling works in this game (Rorona's Wholesaling was broken that I just buy the Ultimate Terra Bomb there)

What are the traits that cannot be wholesale and do i need everyone to get 100 Friendship points and how?

I wouldn't worry about Enemy Repel traits too much unless you have nothing better to put on the weapon. Enchant Element or Element Power are probably better if you want extra damage since that'll work on any enemy, not just a specific type.

And yeah, wholesaling got nerfed in this game. Basically they can't wholesale above 100 quality (if it's 120 quality it'll downgrade to 100 quality). Wholesaled items also cannot keep traits whose Cost Levels are 8 or above.

You only need to talk to Ceci after getting Silver rank (I think), then you can wholesale with any of the shopkeepers. No FP necessary; in fact, none of the shopkeepers have FP this time around.

An excuse to use Chim's awesome Duplicating skills that takes a long time and loves to eat pie

And they changed Rorona's attack from smacking with her staff (went to Totori instead) to throwing free fire bombs

What are Totori and Rorona's attack in the Meruru look like?

Hmm, thinking of doing my 2nd playthrough finally, and I'm wondering...is it better to skip the opening/tutorials and skip right to after getting the license, or is it better to do the opening/tutorial stuff again?

I say do the opening tut stuff, because you are basically getting free license points.

@Asuka
There's a certain boss in a certain tower that resists ALL elements, so there are actually enemies in which element based weapons are a bad idea.

What was the trait that made it so your weapon shows an extra set of damage numbers during an attack? I always liked that one. Really helped me out in a few close calls. That and poison I think.

There are elemental ones. I can't think of any non-elemental ones though. I'd have to check my game, but later on today.

Yeah, even though you can skip the tutorial and prolouge in New Game+, DON'T. You'll miss out not only on free license points, you'll miss out on characters' friendship points as well (FP increases by 1 every 3 days outside of town). I think you can get at least one of their events early, too.

That was a big mistake on my second playthrough. You also miss out on making a fey bucks, even if it isn't much.

I don't think it matters much either way. I mean, sure you can get a little bit of extra mats, xp, friendship, whatever. But its a pretty small amount, and there's easily enough time either way. The difference is even smaller, because I'm pretty sure if you skip the prologue you start the main part a week or 2 earlier. I'd have to start another run to double-check that last part tho.
