You know, I wanna make something productive out of all this. Who do I go to, to at least speak my mind about DLC as it is? NISA is just a localizer they cant change what already exists and I can't speak Jp to talk to NIS. Wishlists are nice, but I can't seem to remember anything worthwhile coming from that.

It's too late for this game, and I'm fine with that, but I at least wanna say I tried when it comes to D5, 5 years down the line.

I don't see any reason why NIS wouldn't be able to communicate with you using English .

I"m sure there's at least one person working over there that is fluent enough in English to hold a conversation with you .

That's true but what good is one person talking to NIS. I don't know how much of us it would take in order to change something.

Probably will take the majority of people in all regions to voice their opinion on the same issue for it to change for the most part.

Anyways I was just pointing out that there really isn't a language barrier preventing English speakers from communicating with NIS in the first place.

I know but this is my favorite series and I actually care a lot about it because it's one of the only games that I like that take longer than 3 days to beat (and theres a lot about I like but that's one of the main reasons).

Ok that's fine but when you go to the site it's all in Jp. I don't even know where to start in there even if Chrome can translate a bit it cant change buttons.

I don't know where to place this question. But seeing how it relates to absurdity with NISA's DLC, I'll do so here. What is the hold up? Why do they have such a screwed up release schedule? The game is several months old now, why are they waiting so long to release additional content? Most people will have moved on from the game. I started late hoping some of the characters I wanted would have been released by the time I finished but it doesn't look like it'll happen.

Every other game NISA released had the DLC appear in the store the same day, or even before its release with subsequent releases in the immediate following weeks.

agreed. i dont mind the price seeing as how im not buying everything, and im only after specific characters and music tracks, or if they have some OP evility(i didnt buy mao at first cause i aint really care about him, until i seen his second evility: 100% dmg bonus for attacking with the targets weakest element. yesplz.)

what i am minding is the time in between pack releases. once a month is far far too slow and as i pointed out in a different topic, we wont see DLC pack 8 until june, three months shy of the game being out a year. call me impatient but seriously the DLC packs need to be put out faster.

but now that i think about it japan had the same gap in between releases of DLC didnt they? plus the whole PSN down for a month a while back.

I'm tired of posting the exact same thing over and over again, so search for my posts, or stop being so impatient. Software development takes time. Even small changes need to be QA'd very tightly to make sure they don't cause unintended consequences. All the DLC needs to have voice actors record sound, then time it with the software. There's probably a ton of red tape in getting the source code from N1 to NISA as well.

One person doesn't just sit down and get it done, it depends on dozens of people's schedules. Ever try coordinating, say, 4 people who are all working on different projects and have different priorities? It's hell. Imagine what it is for 20 people who don't even all work for the same company. Consistently delivering once a month is pretty impressive from my standpoint.

valid point but it doesnt change the fact that theres probably quite a good many people itching for certain characters. i understand that it takes quite a bit of work to put out these DLC packs and so do other people in some cases but seeing as how we all know whats coming as DLC theres still Gig, Tyrant Val and his IMBA as hell evilities, pram, petta, ash, marona, NISA-chan,(one i probably wont get but it seems a lot of people want her) freakin' King Krichevskoy . its like dangling a piece of tenderloin in front of a dog just out of reach

If NISA could hire more employees and, you know, not work on any other projects, all the DLC could come out faster. However, the economy still is not great in the US, and they can only do what they are able to do.

If you could predict exactly how many sales NISA would get based on various release dates of the various DLC, I'm sure that would go a long way towards speeding up the release schedule. However, since that's pretty much impossible, it makes more sense to maintain their set schedule with all the different games and other products that also have their own release dates to keep.
