I've never had a breakdown. I've deal with all kinds of crazy shit on a daily basis, so I've grown accustomed to managing stress and anxiety. I also think I'm strong and sound of mind so I could defuse in a positive way if my emotions started to escalate for whatever reason.

dont know why you watch that garbage since brazilian novelas are much better anyways. i mean,the mexican ones are always the same,the poor good hearted girl that falls for a rich dude...which btw, the rich dude has already another rich girl that is in-love with him but its the villain and do the worst of things to the poor maria or whatever name the poor good hearted girl is....btw, used to watch novelas as a kid,right now i dont have any interest in them anymore

as for mental breakdowns,yes i have had a few in the course of my life and im not the kind of person that tolerate stress/anxiety very well to the point that i need medication for it on a daily basis.

at least from my xpirience brazilian novelas tackles more social issues and themes than mexican ones although thats starting to change with telemundo's novellas since they are now being more "controversial" with topics such as drugs,alcohol abuse,lesbians,internet addiction and all that jerry springer stuff

I only had panic attacks because of height, I don't go to high buildings because I might panic and do stupid things, can't help.
Never seen mental breakdowns (kinda...), might be weird.
