I think I'll just wait a little bit after the game's release to see what Metacritic has to say. If it score 70 or up then the chances of me picking it up will skyrocket.

How could you throw away pre-order?

Haven't you done enough research to see it's ENTIRELY better than the first one? (well okay, the transformation sequences and attack special effects/sound FX don't look as epic as HN1's, but still cool.)

Mk2 is the first in the series to even have a proper WORLD MAP (while other RPGs like Final Fantasy are abandoning world map navigation) with FLIGHT (DBZ fans would kill for an game with these features!)

Brand new enemy designs, MUCH BETTER dungeon designs and variety.

Improved field and battle music, more party members on disk, and more more MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


It's insane people are so ungrateful about HN Mk2. At a time where RPGs rarely possess the qualities of golden age RPGs, Mk2 comes by and brings on the fun and greatness! ^_^ And based on things I read and seen, the lovable character interaction and humor is all there too!

Plus they expanded battle parties to 4 and therefore expanded even more things, and more party members joining sooner means you can take advantage of switching/tag team sooner!

And they deepened many things and there's just so many things that makes it a worthy new HN game!

Seriosuly, if millions of Dragon Quest/Warrior fans hype up series that have the most redundant gameplay and stories, how can you not anticipate HN Mk2, which has lots more personality, creativity, heart and fun factors????????????

I cancelled my pre-order, too. Switched it to Graces ƒ since there isn't really anything else coming until May. I'll agree on RPGfan: they're generally trustworthy if you must look to reviews.

I don't think people are really ungrateful about HN MK 2 . More like they don't want to risk wasting their money on HDN mk2 based on how the first game didn't do that well .

Then again it may not be a huge risk considering this game could become rare which means inflated prices . Some third party seller is already trying to take pre-orders for the LE HDN mk2 on Amazon for $150 + tax/shipping.

I'm a little nervous about the game but I'm getting it. There 2 huge reasons this game look amazing.

1. Character HUD: I love photoshoping so that could be a ton of fun for me making new cloths.
2. Finding Battles: I like how you have to walk up to the bad guys to fight them unlike most games where you just randomly go into battle. I like being able to walk up to them more because if I don't want to fight I can just avoid them.

Considering how the price of the first game skyrocketed, I'm not sure I'd say "minor", it was like a profit of 100%-200% the original price.

Hmm... *Rubs chin* I was thinking less 'scalping' and more 'close to the original price, plus shipping'. Others can scalp for maximum profit. o wo
