Not sure on the complete package like in D3. I don't think it was ever released/announced in Japan, so I doubt there will be one for here.

As for FAF, I -believe- it was stated that she isn't being re-released. I don't have a quote to go on though.

Houk (one of the only NISA reps who posts here) has stated that FAFlonne will not be made public. Preorder bonus only.

There will not be a complete package DLC for quite some time as they just released new DLC in japan not long ago and until they have released all the DLC there and here in the west so do not expect it until late 2012 or early/mid 2013.Fallen Angel Flonne probably won't be released as some NIS employees have said in interviews that it will stay a reward for people who preordered the game.

Hardly their fault, as they said they tried to sort it out but it was having rather a lot of issues.
Then again, I'm one of the people that got it anyway, although it still sucks regardless as it makes any future DLC purchases a bit of a headache.

if they didnt sort it out it was they're fault.. how did they have "problems"? im curious tbh...

this is TBH another reason i have DLC buying avoidance, bad enough i wont buy of steam because they got hacked.. no trust with my C/C details..

It cant be that hard to put flonne on PSN EU for a limited time just to compensate the people NIS metaforically "boned".

Then it's not 'pre-order' DLC and you've now made it less exclusive, which would likely upset NA customers. Can't really win here.

Sometimes you just can't work things out, as forces outside your control are preventing you from doing so. Also, the problems they had with it are the kind they can't say anything about, which I think even they admitted is annoying.

Regarding Steam, if you're so cautious about getting your card details stolen, how do you purchase anything online at all?

Unfortunately it probably is impossible for NISA to put FAF up on EU's PSN given how they can't even include her as a pre-order bonuses in the first place.

Pre-order exclusive DLC isn't exclusive anymore if you put it for sale.
They said it's a pre-order exclusive and that's the way it'll stay. Unless there happens to be an eventual public release of it in Japan or something so it filters down anyway. Although I wouldn't expect that until at least a year after its release date.

First it's not a technical issue. It has been vaguely hinted that it's red tape preventing FAF from even coming to EU in the first place .

Japan has had DLC that has never made it to the US,and EU because of similar issues so it really isn't like NIS is trying to screw EU over.

Unfortunately we will probably never know what the issue really is since NISA can't talk about it openly ( nondisclosure agreements etc) .

i think you missed the point i made earlier... EU people didnt even have a CHANCE to to get flonne even if they pre-ordered..
