I can't think of any state where the age of consent is 16. If there is, then to re-answer your question Kokonoe, I'd take you there so I can sex you.

I just looked it up cause I was curious and Canada's age of consent seems to be 16 in most cases. I can't say I really approve of it though. Should be 18.

Was also curious, apparently 32 states in the US set the age of consent at 16. Kansas I was pretty sure about, since I live here, but didn't want to accidentally spread misinformation.

I have no problem with it, I just wish they'd consolidate everything. Seems silly, you can have sex at 16, smoke vote and join the military at 18, and drink at 21. Just be like, "OK, you're 18 (or w/e age), you're an adult. You can do anything now."

Agreed it should be a bit more basic and have a set age that you're considered an adult and everything falls under that age.

Anyways, the ages of consent in America for sexual activity vary by jurisdiction. I researched it myself, 16 actually is the legal age in several US cities and states. California, where I live, 18 is considered the legal age. It does suck that at 18 you're legally responsible for yourself yet there are decisions you still cannot make for yourself.

There's a few things one can do whilst underaged in Vegas. We may not be able to drink and gamble (legally) but there might be certain other things that are legal at your age.
