That would hopefully put the US date as the 24th of July.

Or earlier.

They could very well be translating it to French/Spanish/German/Italian, which would make it come out quite a bit after the US release.

*Revives the thread with an info dump*

KHinsider wrote:-Kingdom Hearts 3D will be 35 hours; longer, of course, if you do all of the minigames and Dream Eater training
-Fighting style can be completey different depending on what Dream Eaters you use.
-The first package design for Kingdom Hearts 3D featured King Mickey mainly, with Riku and Sora as side parts. Nomura didn't feel like it fit the title, so he redesigned the cover to what it is now.
-Buying the game comes with one Augmented Reality (AR) card for one rare Dream Eater, but you'll be able to get the recipe for them in the game via StreetPass, but remember it will be rare to do so.
-The mysterious figure in the black coat isn't necessarily new, but they are important to the story.
-About the key phrase, "Those who are asleep in sadness": Sora and Riku are preparing to rescue them.
-At first they planned to have Sora go to original Tron world, and Riku go to Tron Legacy world.
-Other than Ansem and Xemnas who appear often, Lea and the mysterious silver haired boy are key characters.
-In the end we'll finally see Xemnas/Ansem's true form.
-Donald and Goofy couldn't be team mates this time because they are not Keyblade wielders. Thus the Dream Eaters were developed to serve as party members.

-The growth system of the Dream Eaters is connected to Sora and Riku's growth.
-Dream Eater's growth is like a breeding system, treating them well makes them grow better.
-The command system is different than BBS, it's more of a mix between Days and Re:coded's systems.
-King Wondernyan isn't an evolution of a Wondernyan, they are separate Dream Eaters.
-The main mini game you play with then is called Flick Crash, which combines speed and action aspects.
-You can name your Dream Eaters.
-There are 50 kinds of Dream Eaters you can partner with, however boss Dream Eaters are not included.

Important bits are bolded, of course.

Not sure how I am liking the Command system being changed, it was darn near perfect in ReCoded... =/

Ah, and yeah, I'll be playing this come early April, got all the money set aside-- just waiting for Playasia to open up pre-orders for the 3DS bundle. Anyone want me to take some pictures when I get it? I know that it's a few weeks away; and moving might cut into that, but still.

Actually, Birth by Sleep can be beat in 15 ~ 21 hours; per story save for Final and Secret episodes, days 12 ~ 16, KH1 and KH2 can take anywhere from 22 ~ 50 hours, CoM/Re:CoM, I have beaten in one sitting before... I think its' arguably the shortest of them all...

Usually it depends on what difficulty you choose. Lol

3DS still only has save files on the game cartridge itself. Nintendo hasn't caught up with Sony in that department... they probably never will. Lol

Ah, and the longest scene in Kingdom Hearts so far is around 22 minutes. Blank Points + Zero Point in BBS FM's scene select. So that "Last scene" which Nomura is saying will be "The longest scene in the series" is likely going to be over 30 minutes at least.

Kinda, sort of---
Really, really HYPED.

Haha... yeah, not getting the KH3DS, but I am getting the game still.
They basically put preorders up last night, $499.90, for something that has a retail value of $252.87. that's a ridiculous markup.

So I am getting a Japanese Cosmo Black 3DS, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, and the Slide Pad Pro. Ordering EMS, each one has a lead time of 1 ~ 7 days, since KH3D is out in a week, that gives enough time for all of it to get in stock and arrive by next Saturday.

On another note....

New Famitsu scans... OBVIOUS spoilers:

Ah and the final world was leaked:
Spoiler:

Famitsu also gave it a 38/40; one less than KHII two higher than BbS, but they also gave XIII and XIII-2 a perfect 40/40. So I always take their scores with a grain of salt. *shrug*

I'll still take picks of KH3D, my new 3DS'es setup, and the Slide Pad Pro next week when it all arrives.
