I guess as mentioned before, these were the defective exchange copies they keep around. Perhaps they wait a few weeks and can then sell the extras they kept around.
And PLEASE don't forget to preorder next time guys!

Trust me, I wish that everyone who wants a copy can get one, but you can't wait next time on it...
Haha, when they had a waitlist, i somehow knew that NISA wasn't going to ditch us that fast. I love them at usual. The only ting of concern for me now, is if I should pre-order the Meruru LE. The only thing i find special about that set is just the T-shirt and a special edition box. I personally don't care about the box (since they always end up in poor condition for me in 2 years, no matter the quality nor the build), so it's just the t-shirt. The regular premium editions at gamestop essentially covers everything else. The only one problem is - does gamestop carry the premium edition? I doubt they won't since they did it for Rorona and Totori, but not so sure about Meruru. It's a huge debate for me right now.

Indeed it is. That's why they're called scalpers. If the disk happens to be defective, I feel bad for the poor guy who bought it, since NIS might not honor the warranty from a non-licensed re-seller.

I've seen new copies of the first game attempted to be sold at £999 before, so those two can be different things.
Well, if people in the USA are buying Japanese PVC figurines for $150, who not an LE game set? And trust me, those prices bloat up when they reach ebay too.
