It would be interesting to know what you have to do know so it get's that powerful. I remember when I fought her with my lv 99 team, I had to use that attack 4 or 5 times to completely deplete her HP bar.
The key thing there is "damage breaking gear", i.e. damage-limit breaking stuff.
