The demon sword events are 3 events (One in each nation except Planeptune) that trigger a condition for the Ruling ending.

Then speak to the following chirpers in their respective city, until an event triggers for the Cursed Sword: Slayer in Lastation, Arfoire Mama in Lowee, and finally, Mid-Level Explorer in Leanbox.

allright then, i'll give feedback to anyone who hasn't tried this yet. oh and how high am i supposed to get each cities shares before or at the start of chapter 5 and which quests should i do to keep the shares organized like should i do quests to raise one city's share and subtract the other city's share from that city, or just do quests that would raise one city's share and subtract arfoires shares from that city, or just do all of them? after this i can finally finish the annoying ruling ending of this game.

Yes, it does, but seeing the ending is traumatizing. I suggest you get the normal ending first.
