How many times have you beaten laharl?

I always thought it was funny having to fight laharl 4 different times, but after re-starting and beating him again and again (including beating him as rozaline) I've lost count. How many times do YOU think you beat laharl, I'd estimate 12-14 times. So far...>.>

Well that is the topic this thread was opened in but not restricted to, I just never played a game where you had to re-fight such an...obnoxious boss over and over and wanted to people to discuss how many times they think they've beat him, D2 or all D's in general!

i beat him in all of the times in D2 and D4.

I was kinda gettin more to the point of each time you restart the game in D2 u gotta re fight him at least 2-3 times...so I wanted a number more along how many actual times you fought him...like how i said 12...not like...idk nvm lol

A total of 4 times in D2 and one time in D4. That's 5 all together.

havnt tried to recruit him yet though...

Yes that is correct. There are only 2 post story battles that involve Laharl. I would suggest you recruit him though. I did it with a level 1000 Hanako and level 800 monster form Asagi.

when im strong enough i will, highest level character i've got so far is 97 (thief w/sword)

only thing i've managed to unlock is dark world lol (still on 1 run through on 13-3 at the moment)

my fault i guess as i got a large entourage and im having too much fun doing lovers, then felonies >.<

I know you encounter him 6 different times (counting the fight your supposed to lose and the fight with rozaline as different encounters), I believe I unlocked laharl...he was level 1000-1200 i think, with a group of 10 level 400-600 people and a lot of time and strategy lol

It's not hard if you use people whos moves are mainly hit based.

Let me guess, the forced restart? I got ticked when I beat etna in 3-3 and it went to the credits...then I realized just how many time I would need to beat the game to complete all the extra enemy data...
