Spoiler:
The rebirth of Gamegyokai (reset)!

V's world is similar to Gamegyokai of the previous title. But this time, [the player] flies into another temporal axis, and the goal is to save Gamegyokai from impending doom. Now, Neptune's story breaks into the field of "Gods"!

- Story -

In order to save Gamegyokai from the impending disaster [lit: Gamegyokai that is going towards disaster], let's remove the root of all evil in the different time axis!

A few years after Mk2's story. The Goddesses are enjoying a totally peaceful life. But one day, due to a certain event, Neptune ends up thrown in another dimension.

She has landed in the Gamegyokai of G.C (Gamegyokai history) 1989. The world is somehow different from the G.C. 2012 one. Also, the mysterious organization "The Seven Sages" shows itself. A crisis of this new world in front of Neptune? Will be she able to return to her own era safely?

Caption: This image shows the key visual of the Divine Dimension. Since the timeline is G.C. 1989, the familiar four nations are different than how they were in the previous work. If you look at the details, surely there will be a big number of differences from the previous Gamegyokai. Two dimensions, two worlds. Past and future. And new encounters. [This is] what Neptune sees once she arrives alone in this world...

The Gamegyokai of G.C. 1989

We introduce the fan of the series the familiar four forces, Planetune, Lastation, Leanbox, Lowee. Since the differences are great, they're easy to spot.
By the way, if you talk about the real state of the game industry in 1989, it was the golden age of the console with two colors, red and white. A year later, the console that had become "Super" was put on sale, it was a period in which market was overcrowded. But since "Neptune" refers to an imaginary hardware, there is no particular connection to reality, right! Right!

G.C. 1989 Planetune

It's prosper thanks to the strength of Neptune and Histoire... But that was the story of the previous game. In this world, it's still in its infancy. Since there are differences from G.C. 1989 and 2012, it seems there's another goddess called Pururut. Eh? What about Neptune?

G.C. 1989 Lastation

In Lastation, you can see clearly a big wing-shaped object. In G.C. 2012 it's a nation of the near future that has greatly expanded thanks to trade business. But in G.C. 1989, since the goddess in the previous game, Noire, isn't a goddess, the nation itself doesn't exist to begin with.

G.C. 1989 Leanbox

The nation across the sea with a mighty military force. In the previous game, the neighbouring country of Lastation looked like its biggest rival? .... In ""V", it seems it's preparing an invasion with the objective to conquer the other nations of the continent.

G.C. 1989 Lowee

In this time it's the biggest nation of the continent. Despite being a city in which snow fell in the previous works, the curent one is located in a landscape with Japanese buildings and autumn colors. It greatly resembles old Kyoto [when it was imperial capital]'s atmosphere.

Complete costume redesign! The goddesses have evolved!

Neptune has been transported to G.C. 1989 Gamegyokai. There, she encounters by accident the other three goddesses, and even if they look similar to [the ones] of the previous game, they're different people that don't recognize Neptune. In the beginning, aside Blanc, they don't seem to be goddesses yet...

Neptune and the other three goddesses appear with a new look! Tsunako personally redesigned the clothing, to give a fresh look. Since all the goddesses are fascinating, which one would you absolutely worship?

Furthermore, the goddesses defenders of Gamegyokai can transform between "human form" and "hardware personification form". The "human form" is the one they normally use in public, during the course of the story is the form they fundamentally use. On the other hand, the "hardware personification form" is the form that shows a goddess true power, and the combat skill raises rapidly! There can also be individual differences in personality, but compared to the human form tends to be more violent. By the way, they can't carelessy transform as they get tired [from the transformation].

Neptune falls from the sky a second time!?

In "V", at the beginning of the story, Neptune ends up falling down in the Gamegyokai of the past. Since this time the events opening the story are represented in CG, let's report a synopsis. The scene, made as a tribute to "Super Dimensional Game Neptune (in short, 'unbranded') will undoubtedly make the [die hard] fans smile.

Prologue

Several years after "Super Dimensional Game Neptune Mk2", peace has come to Gamegyokai.
Behind the back of the now lazy goddesses enoying the peace, Kiseijou Rei, publisher of the "Abolition of the goddess state", is carrying out secret operations.
Neptune, having met Rei by chance, ends up falling through a dark hole in the middle of the conversation. In an unfamiliar world compared to the one she fell from, Planetune is an emergent country, there is another goddess there, Pururut, and in addition Neptune can't change into her goddess form...
Without her position as a goddess, what in the world should Neptune do....?

Images:

Neptune: "Err, um, eh...We've been sucked in? No, it's wrong... we have fallen! ? Eh? Eh? Ahhhhhhhhhh!"

Pururut: "Here? It's Planetune~. The closest you could get to~."

Caption: Neptune, engulfed in darkness, as predicted she falls from the sky! Since the encounter happened right after falling from the sky, the appearance of Pururut seems early. And the person under Neptune's bottom... perhaps the one who was the most popular character of "mk2"?

Planetune: Different from the Planetune of the previous game, an advanced and prosper nation, In this time it's a just formed small and weak nation. Since Pururut does nothing but taking naps, its hasn't grown a lot.

Even fan of the series can find something fresh. One wonders why Kyoto.

Caption: Incredible, in V you can let characters jump on the field! Also, the jump animation changes according to the character. The [polygonal] models aren't rigid.

Before the new information, an announcement.

[Deadline info for processors parts suggestion - 26th May. The winners will get them as free DLC]
The organization which opposes the goddesses, "The Seven Sages"

A new enemy appears in this game, the organization "The Seven Sages". They are an organization that seemingly wants to destroy the exsistence of the goddesses, using the slogan "abolish the despotic rule of the goddesses and build a new equal society founded on proper rules". What is the true face of the seven people, all of them with markedly unique personalities? Each one has its own logo, unique and flashy at the same time, and They seem enemies with a presence that will not falter even [in front of] the goddesses.

Spoiler:
Story:
Quite a bit of time has passed since the defeat of the criminal god Magiquone, and Gamegyokai has experienced little trouble since that time. The goddesses live their lives peacefully.
Then one day, suddenly, Neptune finds herself in another dimension, that is familiar but "resembles the Gamegyokai of the 1980s". On top of that, in this world the mysterious organization called "The Seven Sages" seems to plan something sinister...
To return to her own dimension, and to save another Gamegyokai, Neptune embarks in another adventure.

- Prologue is a few years after Mk2. Kiseiju Rei (the leader of the Seven Sages) is plotting behind the shadows to end the goddesses nations and Neptune, who comes into contact with her, falls through a hole [in another dimension]
- After finishing in the different world, Neptune meets the other goddess of Planetune, Pururut, and the meeting is depicted by an illustration in two pages [I assume it's referring to the actual article];
Neptune Blog

The head of summoning, Izawa-san

Everyone, good morning ~ Mizuno here.

Did you see this week issue of Dengeki Playstation?

The enemies this time are "The Seven Sages" *Kaboom*!
Their respective individualities are quite a bit different, I wonder how it'll end?

Even Magiquone of the other dimension is inexperienced since she has a different story. Even the picture of Akudaijin standing has the incredible feeling of Tsunako.

Another part of the blog:

And now, a topic that generated a lot of discussion on the net (?).
That dandy guy that even today ended up summoning.

The other day, since I met unepxectedly Izawa-san, the head of summoning in Gamegyokai, I just asked him "What are you planning for the next time?", and the boss said "I'm in the middle of scouting various Game Makers ~".
I immediately inquired "Perhaps, the personification of makers!?" "I can't say for now, maybe near summer..." [he replied] grinning.

Character Section (updated 07/21/2012):
Spoiler:
Neptune

CV: Rie Tanaka

Quote: "Me? I'm...The heroine of this story!"
The heroine of this story. The tension has risen needlessly as she returns as the main character after two years. A bright and noisy personality that brings improvement to those around her, suddenly she gets transported to another dimension and also ends into trouble. No matter the difficulties or the trouble she gets into, she manages to create a relaxed atmosphere. Main character with overflowing power, aim for the Happy End!

Purple Heart

CV: Rie Tanaka

"Even if I'm not in top condition, with enemies like these it won't be a problem"

The goddess form of Neptune. When she transforms, her personality changes into a calm, serious and collected one, completely different from before. Even if transforming usually is troublesome, against powerful enemies she changes into this form.

Noire

CV: Asami Imai

"W,we are friends! .... Pururut, surely...."

Noire of the other dimension. Her personality and appearance hasn't greatly changed from the Noire of the original dimension. The biggest difference is that she still isn't a goddess and is friends with Pururut. Typical Tsukkomi nature, the moment she has trouble coping with Pururut Netpune joins in, even if things are already out of control, she makes an effort at being Tsukkomi. Sure enough, it'll come the day when she'll become a goddess? [term used, ツッコミ, refers to Manzai, the sort of Japanese equivalent of the double-act comedy, and represents the person acting as the straight man] .

Black Heart
CV: Asami Imai

"I don't know. If I were somehow a companion of Planetune's goddess?"

Noire's goddess form. The fact that Noire keeps practicing so she can become a goddess, is because she yearns for that form. After the transformation, in order to improve her behavior and personality she tends to give up being a tsukkomi a little too much. She is different before her transformation, and in order to stop a rampaging Noire and Pururut from doing what they want, Neptune struggles to come up with something to turn the tables around.

Vert

CV: Rina Sato

"I cannot believe it! It's always been like this, the biggest hardware and the biggest breasts are always appreciated! "

The Vert of the alternate dimension. The goddess of Leanbox, country across the sea. Unable to become dominant among the three countries, she moves to invade.
Though she looks like a gentle elder sister, she isn't different from her other world counterpart, being an obsessive fan of games and hardware.
The difference [from the other world version] is the appeal generated by the big pride she shows openly.

Green Heart
CV: Rina Sato

"Ugly people will be left behind by beautiful people. That's just the way it is."

Vert's goddess form. Unlike the other goddesses, her personality doesn't change greatly. To be picky, she acts like a reliable person, if only a bit childish. Despite not having many positive traits, she is the type of adult that stands firm when trouble goes all around her.

Blanc

CV: Kana Asumi

"I'll just beat you up. So you won't feel like going against Lowee a second time"

The Blanc of the alternate dimension. Though usually quiet, when she snaps she is beyond any human control, like the her other world counterpart.
Despite looking clearly like a child, she is the goddess of the only nation of the continent, Lowee, and she has ruled for a long period of time. Grows impatient over the birth of two new nations, Planetune and Lastation, and starts a hostile action against them on a whim...

White Heart
CV: Kana Asumi

"Mongrels [this is not the same term used by Gilgamesh in the Fate series, just to point it out...]! You do as you please, just like a ridicolously amateur goddess!"

Blanc's goddess form. When she assumes her form、there is no more peace. Even the pattern of actions changes from a rational type to exremely impulsive type. When she was the only goddess she wasn't worried about it, but when the other goddesses transformed, she noticed that a certain part of their body clearly grew, and she was very shocked for that.

Pururut quote: "I'm also the goddess of Planetune. We're similar."

Top Text: Neptune returns for the second week: She has just been...replaced!? (this one stretches in two pages)

Big Text: A new Planetune goddess appears! (same as before)

On the G.C. 1989 scene, Planetune is ruled by another goddess known as Pururut. If her position as goddess were to fall, what will happen to Planetune?

Pururut

CV: Kana Hanazawa

The Planetune goddess of the other dimension. Her personality and apperance are similar to one of a airhead, and she finds hard to think and read. Similarly to Neptune, she tends to skip any work of her position as goddess. Her nickname is Pururun.
Caption: Since Puruut is an energetic airhead, it's absolutely impossible to find situations in which she snaps....

Box:

Divine Dimension Check!

The return of AAS (Active Animation System)!

Tsunako fans, good news! The adventure game parts [AVG in the text] in 2D known as "AAS" ( a mysterious technique [don't ask, the text is like this] that animates 2D art like it's 3D) that were universally praised, have been reintroduced! Look forward to characters with changing expressions and movements!!

Tsunako's comment on Pururut

Pururut's house dress is child-like, the hair is ruffled, all her appeareance suggests a person that has just woken up. She wears her bear-shaped slippers even outside. Her weapon is a stuffed toy. Prepare also for many jokes!

Pururut

CV: Kana Hanazawa

Quote: Purun~ I did it againn ~

The Goddess of Planetune of the other dimension, another main heroine. Her nickname is Pururun.
She is of hyperactive nature and it's difficult to understand what she's thinking due to her carefree fluffy way of doing things. Her hobbies are making plush toys and sleeping. She does her work as Goddess only when she really feels she has to.
Despite not gettting [easily] angry due to her airheaded nature, if she's accidentally angered, things become much worse.

First circle: Amazing body!

With a dinamite body and an extremely skimpy [outfit], she captivates anyone who sees her!

Second Circle:

Second Circle: Amazing Eyes!

Her S&M nature clearly transpires from the color [of the eyes]. In all honesty, it makes you shiver.

Caption: When people see this form, they fall into deepest pits of terror!

Box: Dengekiko - Latest News!!!

I've found new info about Planetune G.C. 1989! There is a goddess extremely brutal, something that wasn't heard of throughout this dimension history....! I should have realized that enemies and allies shiver when they see who that goddess really is, also I've infiltrated alone into Planetune and....I've discovered that.... UGHHAAAAAAAAH!.... Communications were interrupted.

Iris Heart

CV: Kana Hanazawa

Quote: Stop? That face.... Even if I'm gentle, I feel compelled to harass you...

Pururut's goddess form. Called in Planetune "Purun S&M".She has voluptuous appearance, an alluring spirit, and despite retaining the same carefree tone of voice before her transformation, in reality she is quite frightening.
If Pururut is accidentally angered, the people who triggered that form cannot remove in any way the trauma implanted in them.

Divine Dimension Neptune V

Goddess Vs Goddess!

Neptune and the others clash with a mysterious Goddess!?

Caption: Simple and innocent!

Quote: "I'm going at full power... Everyone, you will be blown away!!"

Yellow Heart

CV: ????????????

With an extremely bright personality, a goddess that brings the innocence to the point of madness. She stands in Neptune and the others way, being the new goddess supported by the enemies of this story, the Seven Sages. Using claws as weapons on both hands, her combat abilities are frightening, and the other goddesses will probably have to group up. What could be the real form of that girl before the transformation.....

Caption: Overwhelm the other goddesses in several ways!

Despite acting like a child and being stupid [lit: having weak brains],she is the strongest. Even if up to now Vert laughed about [having] the first position related to that [body] part, she [Yellow Heart] is better!?

The mysterious goddess, her name is Yellow Heart

Possessing an unparalled power and an overwhelming body, the appearance of a new goddess! Even though she behaves like a child and she's dumb, her true power is by far the strongest. Will Neptune and the others be able to cross swords with the goddess, a strong enemy that stands in their way? Let's look together at the comment by Tsunako on Yellow Heart!

Yellow Heart

CV:??????????????

"Hahahahaha! Girls [lit: "sisters"], you're truly good at running away!"

Yellow Heart's profile:

With an extremely bright personality, a goddess that brings the innocence to the point of madness. She stands in Neptune and the others way, being the new goddess supported by the Seven Sages. Using claws as weapons on both hands, her combat abilities are frightening, and the other goddesses will probably have to group up.
As a bonus, even if up to now Vert had the first position related to that [body] part, she [Yellow Heart] is rumored to have it bigger?

[Tsunako's comment is exactly the same as the one in the magazine, so I'm not bothering to translate it again]

Caption: The scatterbrain Yellow Heart, fallen in front of Neptune and the others. The protruding tooth is cute! And once again, she [Noire] is crushed under...

Caption: The glamorous Green Heart. In order to protect her identity, the fierce fight she engages with Yellow Heart is unavoidable....?

Nepgear

CV: Yui Horie

"Eh? Eh? Why I'm being treated so unfairly? I mean, I was the main character..."

Younger sister of Neptune, hero of the previous game. A person who clearly loves her older sister, she followed Neptune to another dimension when she went missing.... However, in this game she's been demoted from main character to a simple party member like any other, a rather abrupt turn of events. In many situations, [Nepgear] receives a really bad treatment. Even if she's a common sense person among many who lack it, this awkward position remains. When compared to the others, she's a younger sister with a strange worry complex generated by her lack of self-confidence.

Purple Sister

"Ple-Please stop, Pururut! If this keeps going... Nooo! H-e-l-p m-e!"

Nepgear's transformed form. Her combat capabilities are increased, and, unlike her sister Purple Heart, her personality is almost unchanged after the transformation. Because of that, she's treated exactly like before the transformation, treated unfairly, abused, it's tragic indeed...

Uni (left) / Black Sister (right)

CV: Eri Kitamura

"Geez! It didn't matter if I wanted it or not, I ended up where you are!"

GC 2012 Noire's younger sister. She's been able to stay close to her sister more than before [mk2]. Nepgear's disappearance would make her very sad, but she's too stubborn to admit that.

Ram (left) / White Sister (right)

CV: Kaori Ishihara

"Yey! Neptune, do you see that?"

GC 2012 Blanc's younger sister, also twin sister of Rom. Earlier on she was close only to Rom and to the point of seemingly refusing other people, but recently this has changed, and she plays pranks on everyone, regardless of who they are.

Rom (left) / White Sister (right)

CV: Yui Ogura

"....Did you also look at me? (tremble)"

GC 2012 Blanc's younger sister, also twin sister of Ram. As always, she has a shy personality but she became less reliant on Ram being the only person for her (including being able to go alone to the bathroom at night).

Histoire

CV: Mika Kanai

"To contact the other dimension, let's see... It'll take at least three [days] (・ω・`)?"

Histoire of the other dimension. Nicknamed IIsun. She characteristically adds emoticons to her lines while speaking. As big as the size of the palm of a hand, is called by Neptune "Kawaisuun" [Cute Isun] and "Chacchaisuun" [Small Isun]. Her abilities aren't different from the Histoire of the other world, but being small means her processing speed is slow.Be wary of calling her "piece of trash", or she'll become really angry.

Croire (Cv: ???)

"Haha! This has become really funny!"

A small girl that looks like a fairy, speaking like a man. Sometimes she follows Kiseijou Rei, mostly to chit chat or make fun of her. A mysterious entity that comes and goes at a whim.

Caption: Two people with similar appearance. Has Kuroire the same power as Histoire?

- The Seven Sages - (Updated 05/27/2012)
Spoiler:
To defeat their enemies, the Seven Sages aim to destroy the goddess system, replacing it with the equivalent [system] of deformed characters known as "Observers" [見聞者 - Kenbunsha]. Each of the Seven Sages has its own logo that seems linked to their appearance.

-Kiseijou Rei

CV: Yuu Kobayashi

"Thhheeen! I-I tthink we should start S-Seven Sages' meeting of to-today!"

The leader of the Seven Sages. But this title is only nominal, in practice she is teased by the other six members every day and sent to do pitiful work. Constantly fearful, lacking confidence, not even being able to speak decently in front of people, she has no special power. However, since all the aggression is directed to a single girl, one can argue that she has managed to organize the unique Seven Sages into something uniform. Also present in G.C. (Gamegyokai era) 2012, doing civic actions.

zazza345 wrote:Abunesu

CV: Yui Shoji

"Making young girls work is child abuse! It's a breach of international law!"

The spokesman of the Seven Sages. She has strong doubts on a system of nations ruled by girls that have become goddesses, before joining the Seven Sages her activities consisted in protecting little girls all over the world. In addtion, her appearance looks like a little girl, but actually she is older. She minds quite a lot the fact that her body is not growing. Also, it's unclear why, but the moment she appears she arrives through a kind of door always slammed open.[reference to this - middle image - http://dokoaa.com/hito/1238.html].
Caption: Akudaijin, Pilder on!(*) The Seven Sages have their own distinctive battle style.

(+) It's a reference to the 1973-anime (and recently remade) Mazinger Z, in which the main character, Koji Kabuto, activated Mazinger Z by flying his own veichle (the Hover Pilder) directly into the robot's head. "Pilder On!" was the catchphrase when the veichle actually connected.

Anonedeath

CV: Yuki Fujiwara

"That girl, is cute. Or perhaps I should say just the type that I end up harassing!"

A master hacker, in charge of the the Seven Sages' intelligence. Despite his sex being male, in mind he's a little girl. In other words, an okama. A person who has hidden himself in a mechanical suit, no one has seen his real face. A hedonist that does what he finds pleasing, he joined the Seven Sages just because he found it interesting. Since his combat abilities are low, he seldomly fights openly, and he operates in a way that involves working more behind the scenes. Since most of this body is a machine, even if he's badly beaten while fighting, once he has the chance of repairing himself he can still fight.
Magiquone

CV: Takahashi Chiaki

CV: "Neptune...? Why, Even if I haven't heard the name before, I find it very irritating..."

An inhuman existence, she thinks that the natural meaning of her life is the annihilation of anything related to the goddesses. Despite not liking collaborating with others, she has sympathy for the idea of the Seven Sages to push aside the goddesses, so she participates in their operations. However, influenced by being called by Warechuu "Middle-aged lady", she unexpectedly thinks that perhaps she belongs [to the organization]. Due to the connection between the old world and the different world of the other dimension, she harbors a strong hostility towards Neptune.

Copyerase

CV: Daisuke Kusonoki

"Smash! Smash! Software that the incredible myself cannot copy doesn't deserve to exist in this world!"

He carries with himself tools for illegal copying, and he's the self-proclaimed strongest power type among the Seven Sages. However, his intelligence is horrible. He likes to destroy things, he loves copying software among all other things, but since his abilities are low, he manages to copy only old ROM cartdriges. Since most of this body is a machine, even if he's badly beaten while fighting, once he has the chance of repairing himself he can still fight.

Warechuu

CV: Niko

"In the world of mice I am, well... The third most famous Mascot-chuu!?"

A monster with the form of a mouse. Self-proclaimed Mascot of the world of mice. Originally a small-caliber villain that distributed tools to play games for free, it became a member of the Seven Sages almost without noticing. Since its combat abilities aren't that great, its main job is to do all the [low-level] chores. Calls Rei "Mature woman" and Magiquone "Middle-aged lady", and It's proud of being foul-mouthed without any restraint.

Akudaijin

CV: Yanada Kiyoyuki

"...Then, I'll do what I want with this country."

A middle-aged man acting as a villain. His name is an alias, no one knows his real name. Of all the Seven Sages (at least visually) he is the oldest, and he often takes the part of the organizer. He sees as beatiful what is generally considered ugly by the society, a possessor a peculiar aestethic sense.

Spoiler:
System

On the field it's possible to jump [the article recaps that there are photos that shows exactly that, mentioning that Noire's and Purut's skirts flip when it happens].
Expand Gamegyokai with the "Observer" system!

The "Observer system" is a system in which fellow sub-characters (Observers) are dispatched over Gamegyokai on intelligence gathering missions. The information collected by the Observers can make dungeons appear, what kind of items you can get, and change Gamegkyokai little by little. In addition, the peculiarity of this system is that the player can decide to "trust" or "do not trust" the information, that preference can cause fluctuations in what is changing. The player choices are going to create a divine dimension!

Caption: The Observers. [There are] a lot of characters that have been seen somewhere around! Visually it remembers Mk2's "Minbutsu" [Cyrpher in the NISA version]. There are also character missed by fan of the series, such as Blanc's manager from the "unmarked" [Neptune], Financier! In addtion, there are different types of Observers. Of course, our Dengekiko-chan is one of the Observers.

Caption: Observers possess five parameters, strength, judgment, luck, power of observation, ability to take action, and these [parameters] influence the outcome of the dispatch and the type of information retrieved. These parameters can level up in Observers that are repeatedly

The flow of the Observer system

1. Select an Observer from the list.

2. Set reward.

3. Select the dungeon to dispatch.

4. A certain number of days pass.

5. Result report.

Various things that are influenced by the changes of the Observer system

- Obtaining items;
- Obtaining money;
- The type of Items that can be collected at the pick up points in dungeons;
- The appearance of enemies;
- The acquisition of experience;
- Enemy item drop rate;
- New Observers;
In case of items, the acquisition phase ends after a set amount of time [telling you where they are].

The influence offers variatons of "the amount of money you get","the points in which you can get items [in dungeons]","the enemies appearing", "the rate of the experience you get", "the rate of enemy drops","the discovery of dungeons","the discovery of [other] Observers".

Certain parameters can influence the Observers' results.

Caption: After setting the reward in five steps, send the Observers in various dungeons. The information reported by the Observers can also change due to previous dispatches!

If information acquired is reliable, their experience is raised, but can also be lowered [in case it's not], this way of working can be called "the mountains of Jet Set".

In Dungeons "Flags" are present, that influence what Observers can find regarding information and items, depending if they're active or not. hence the results can differ.

The last part talks about the column in the magazine (Mizuno this time, Tsunako next time) but it's pointless without the actual text as it doesn't go into details.
The change in the Observers' reported information via the Flag element!

With the "Flag" further changes are given to the Observer system. In each dungeon a flag (banner) is present, that can physically switch from folded to standing [position].The switch of this Flag becomes a trigger, that changes the items and the information on monsters found by the Observers. If you use the Flag well, The Observer system will potentially grow even more!

Caption: When the Flags are discovered, they can be standing or folded. When you change their initial position, the information reported by the Observers change, and new possibilities are born. You can get high rank flags, or also "Flag Breaker". Since you can exchange Flags as much as you want, switchthem according to your objective.

- There's a feature called "Nep Station", which announces the development and happenings of Gamegyokai.
- "Inherit the power of the goddesses, 'Final Hard Form'": Neptune has the power to change history, so she can inherit the power of the goddesses: "Change your allied goddesses into weapons and unleash super powerful final moves!" (awesomelord correction)
- Customization of the goddesses costumes - "Costume Canvas". You can customize the costumes to your liking.

Check the facilities and the features provided in each city!

In this game, from the World Map select the regions called [among others] Planetune and Lastation, and after that you can head to dungeons and cities from various places inside the regions. In each city the iconified facilities and the inhabitants are shown lined up, and you can enjoy the lively atmosphere. From now on, let's discuss the systems and facilities available in each city.

Caption: Select the region from the whole map, then choose the destination. The image on the left is G.C. (Gamegyokai era) 2012, the image on the right is the complete map of G.C. 1989. If you compare visually, there may be new places?

Caption: Planetune area map. Visitable places and destinations increase with the advancement of the story and the use of the Observer System.

Caption: Each city of G.C. 1989. Respectively, the maps of the city of Planetune (upper left), Lastation (uppper right), Lowee (lower left), Leanbox (lower right). Of course, the inhabitants, called "ゲハピク" [literally "Gehapic", but I'm not getting the word play here] live in the same cities as mk2. There are many unique dialogue lines to be enjoyed by the players.

Guild: A great variety of quests awaits the goddesses.

In the guild of each city you can receive that include defeating monsters and delivery of items. Since If you clear them you get rewards and an increase in the share of the country (the devotion towards the goddess), let's try to participate actively. Pay attention to joke-filled quest givers and explanatory notes of the contents!

Item synthesis: Get new items from processing raw materials!

At the facilities for item synthesis, new items can be produced by processing the necessary materials. Among them, even the production of items you cannot obtain [in dungeons]! Let's visit them if you gather materials.

Caption: Items that can be developed continually increase obtaining "blueprints" like in the previous game.

Base: Access to Observers and Neptstation

In each city there is a base for the goddesses. In Planetune it's Pururut's room, in the other three cities there are corresponding facitilies called "Goddess Hotel". You can use among the other things the "Observers" and "Neptstation" systems. Furthermore, it has unique features that should make the adventure more fulfilling.

Key features available in bases

- TV - Plays Nepstation, that can show a variety of programs.
- Video - You can appreciate "NepSte" [Ste is a contraction for "Stage"], a program that shows events and movies you've already seen.
- Album - you can check the event CG seen while playing as well as preliminary sketches.
- Audio - You're free to play the BGM you've heard, Sound Test Mode.
- Corkboard - You can use the "Observer" system (Possible once you've advanced to a certain point in the story)

- Activate the system from Pururut's room/Goddess Hotel;
- Select the Observer;
- Select the money you have to pay him/her;
- Select the area then select the dungeon;
- Specify the number of days the observer will be out - the Observer will come back once the time has passed;
- At this point you can believe or not believe the information you've received;
- Depending on the choice, what's inside changes, but you can also get negative changes;
- You can recall Observers that haven't completed their run, but in this case you won't get a thing and the result will be a failure.
- You can set Observers to return to the same dungeon automatically after they're done;
- As they level up, the amount of money you can pay them increases, supposedly increasing their chance of success (assuming you can shell out the amount).

zazza345 wrote:Some more translations:

Caption: The base in Planetune is Pururut's room. You enter [it] from the church in the map of Planetune. The somewhat good aura will likely DOKIDOKI!

Caption: The Observer system introduced in the past will be available from the base.

[What] is the information program "Nepstation"?

In this game a new component has been in introduced - the Neptstation. It's a news program that reports the high tension and freedom of Neptune and the others, providing [among other things] highlights on the story and new information on Gamegyokai. When the program appears at the end of each chapter of the scenario, at the base it can be divided in two segments that can be appreciated [separately]. Also, the characteristic of the Nepstation at the end of each chapter is to present a cross-review corner. Using four reviewers summoned by Compile Heart, the way of playing of that chapter is evaluated.

Note: at least one sentence didn't turn out as I expected, so I may rework it a little as it doesn't look very clear to me.

Nepstation points

- Two distinct ways exist [to display] what is being shown after the end of each chapter;
- Programs are not only about information, you can also obtain items or proposals [for quests]!
- The program is about extreme freedom!

Caption: In Nepstation, these sensationalistic news come down as well! Blanc... [unsure of the last word as I didn't get the exact context]

Caption: At the end of the chapter, four reviewers harshly comment what has happened! It seems that the subject of review is, among other things, the number of enemies killed and the shares.... Of course, having high ratings is good, right?

Caption: The four reviewers summoned by Compile Heart. These should be familiar to the fan of the series, shouldn't they? From the left they are President Kuwana, Company Director Sato, Head Kochiwa, Producer Mizuno. Since they are the people who made Neptune, they also understand the players.
There are two types of Neptstation.

1 - The "On Air" Nepstation at the end of each chapter;
2 - The TV Nepstation that you can view at the base;

At the end of each chapter [during] the "On Air" Nepstation Four reviewers from Gamegyokai evaluate [the performance] of your playing.
Since the evaluation changes depending on how you play, let's aim for a high score!
Gettting high scores has an effect on the possibility of getting rare items.

About the reviewers - hint:

Quest Master Kuwana - IF President -> Related to quests
Share Commentator Sato - CH President -> Related to the value of World Shares
Legendary Observer Kochiwa - Head of development -> Related to the Observation system
The Battle Judge Mizuno P - Divine Dimension P -> Related to battle

During Nepstation there are [among other things], Gamegyokai news and the Letter Corner, and since there's even a quiz program it's essential to check to avoid missing it!

Combat system

From the previous game there these differences: "AP are removed""SP are treated like MP (you don't recover them by being hit)""Additional gauge for special attacks""Addition of Rear guard support for pursuit [I think it refers in case of ambushes]"

Combo Skills

The △□○ buttons can be allocated to Combo Skills, they can be connected to a continuing combo of normal attacks.
Increasing the EX Drive Gauge permits the use of the EX Finisher attacks.
The Cost points needed to set skills depends equally on level and equipment.

SP Skills

Using Skills consumes SP [Well duh...].
The recovery during battle has disappeared [Unclear on what the recovery is, just hope they didn't remove the healing...]

EX Drive

Special attacks consume the gauge.
The gauge is shared by the party.

Final Hard Form

A goddess is transformed into a weapon.

Coupling

Added the support effect, among others "Assist Finish".
Lily Rank set to all characters.

Load times are faster.

"Divine Dimension Head Rain" The big sisters cannot lose!? Information released on both new characters participating along with the younger goddess sisters and on the battle system!

I am curious (about NepuNepu)! [I think the reference here is pretty obvious...]

With about a month left since its planned release of August 30th, Compile Heart's PS3 RPG "Divine Dimension Neptune V (Victory) (abbreviated, V)". We present the fifth part of the special report, "Divine Dimension Head Rain".
This time, information has been released on the presence of the four younger sister goddesses, Nepgear and the others, main characters in the previous game "Super Dimension Game Neptune mk2 (in short, mk2)"! Also, Histoire, whose appearance is familiar to the fan of the games, makes an appearance!
And also mysterious new characters...? Furthermore, we'll introduce the new battle system at the same time.

Caption: The presence of the younger sister goddesses is confirmed! Eagerly awaited by the fans of the previous game!

Caption: Nepgear, always loving her sister a lot, followed Neptune to GC 1989 after her disappearance. How and when Nepgear, originally from the future G.C. 2012, ended up in the Divine Dimension?

zazza345 wrote:Introduction of new elements in the divine dimension battle!

In addition to the changes to the goddesses in this game, of course the battle system is more appealing! Here we'll introduce the various changes to the battle system.

Symbol Encount & Turn-based battle!

In Victory's battle [system] hitting the enemy symbol starts the Symbol Encount. During the battle turns of enemies and allies advance in mixed order, and both normal attacks and skills can be used to fight. Also, the characters can move freely in the battlefield.Weapon attacks and skills vary with range, so fight while moving characters in the best spot.

Caption: While moving characters during battle, it's important to consider the position on the field!

Major differences from the previous game

- The consumption of AP (Action Points) with attacks and items has been abolished.
- SP (Skill Points) are closer to a MP-like system, and are not recovered while attacking or getting hit.
- The EX Drive Gauge (new), a gauge which is consumed by using special attacks, has been introduced.
- The effect of a rear attack depends on the support of the characters in the rear.

System 01: Combo Skill

Each of the three buttons △、□、◎ can be assigned to a respective "Combo Skill". During a battle, by continuously combining attacks through these buttons, it's easy to create personalized combos. Last but not least, by accumulating the "EX Drive Gauge" (explained later), EX Finish [moves] can be unleashed!!

If that only went up then, think of the what the day before is.

Nothing is to be taken seriously at that time, (although I'd wish they'd be more creative).

It's not over. How fast people forget an earlier report about Idea Factory and Complie Heart located here:

http://andriasang.com/con0ed/idea_facto ... ile_heart/

Idea Factory subsidiary Compile Heart is also working on a new game. We won't find out what it us until some time after April 2. Not on April 2, though, as Dengeki reveals that this is when the game's teaser site will open. Yes, it's a tease for a teaser site. Look forward to it.

So the new game is going to be a Neptune one. Was hoping for a new Agarest one but ah well, least I'll get a new Neptune one now.

Yes, I take everything with a grain of salt that's posted on or around April 1st... but this was posted on 4/2. It's also why I put in the topic that it might be an announcement as opposed to an end.

Hrm, are you sure it's not adjusting for time differences?
Just checking, as until the 3rd, it's safer to ignore everything. :D

*Sees Nep on page*

The Noire blog went back to being the Neptune blog, and it was around this time last year that Mk2 was announced. This might actually be a new Neptune title if anything comes from it ~

- All the goddesses should be available from the beginning.
- Limited edition planned, but the recap doesn't mention any details.
- The name isn't Cho Jigen Game Neptune V but Kami Jigen Game Neptune V (Divine Dimension Game Neptune V).
- Only Neptune is the one that gets into the alternate dimension.
- The Noire of the alternate dimension isn't a goddess since Lastation doesn't exist, but she's still a tsundere. She uses a skill called "Tornado Chain".
- The Vert of the alternate dimension is the goddess of the nation of Leanbox that is across the sea. She uses a skill called "Kinectra Slash".
- The Blanc of the alternate dimension is the only goddess of the main continent, and she still has her personality issues...
- Lastation doesn't exist, since Noire still isn't a goddess.
- Planetune is still a small country. Perhaps another goddess is ruling it?
- Lowee uses old-style Japanese architecture.
- Leanbox is a military state. It's under invasion from Lowee.

You've gotta wonder if it'd be like mk2, only loosely related to the the previous game.

Or hey maybe they'll make the game you see on the Ending credits of mk2, that would be so sweet.

I'm thinking this will be an actual continuation. Mk2 was them trying to reboot the series and really improve it. Since the first one wasn't as well received.

Since this one was much better received, I could see them making an actual continuation this time.

I'd LOVE to see more of the candidates ~

But, I trust CH to do amazing with whatever they pick =^-^=

Hard to believe it could be a continuation, although I wouldn't judge just yet, until it has been set in stone.

I won't bother with speculations either, until then. ┐( ̄ー ̄)┌

If it is a new Neptune game; it obviously is, I hope Nep is the main character again. I liked Gear and all-- but there is no reason for Neptune not to be the protagonist. Perhaps they could go a slightly different direction with this one as well...?

There are far many things I "want" them to do, but I'll just wait and see.

All of Mk2's endings are left open, you could get a sequel from even Ruling end.
So a continuation is a whole heck of a lot more likely.

However... I won't deny, that there is the possibility of a second reboot. -.-

They could always twist it, make there be a loophole or something.
Would be a neat way to approach a new game, don't you think?

Though, I would prefer a continuation off of True end. xD
