thank you

I would say make her an anti-hero but idk how that'd work.

EDIT: Also if they do go this route, one downside to it would be that if they added Red back in, she'd probably get killed or taken away partway through since RED Entertainment was absorbed by a chinese company. and Gust got bought by Tecmo Koei IIRC so she'd probably get killed or taken away as well

I'd love it if this next Nep game is a lenghty journey which has Neptune gather all their friends to reverse the effects of Gamindustri's destruction. I think Nep should definitely be the main character again. No Gear or Noire please.

That may or may not work. I think it depends on how they do it.

but my first idea for a 3rd Neptunia game was that certain people are on the hunt for CPU's and plan to inject a virus into them that makes them do anything against their will for the villain. Thus turning them into weapons of mass destruction (basically making fun of jailbreaking). and the CPU's have gotta avoid them and undo what's happening to the infected CPU's at the same time . Then some game companies are causing the economy to go bad and whatnot, and driving people to start doing piracy. Which of course gives the main villain more strength. Those few companies are doing things such as poor solutions to piracy, attempts to kill the used game market and so forth. There's also what the teaser said as well.

It could work, but at the same time it may not. Again it depends on how they do it.

I wholeheartedly agree on that. I also love to bash on them because they're the reason Gran Turismo can't have Porsche in their games... :x

This next Neptunia game (If it is anyway) should also make fun of stuff like the $100 DLC car in Need for Speed world.

Goggling it yields many results.

Valve also has a $100 engagement ring for Team Fortress 2 which is crazy.

Neptunia really SHOULD make fun of overpriced DLC.

It already sort of made fun of PSHome in Mk2 (I think).

but they really should tackle the overpriced DLC lol

I still think the Candidates are better than the CPU's but, whatever.

I'll enjoy it either way.

I kinda understand the whole charge for dlc mechanic as an attempt for game devs to protect themselves from piracy to make a profit. I can also understand the wealthy people who really aren't affected by these expensive costs saying "if I am willing to pay money for something good, I should be allowed to".

But nobody seems to get that these are GAMES, meant for FUN. I mean, when you have a little kids league soccer team, the team with wealthy kids doesn't have an unfair advantage over the other team. I mean they don't get to enjoy a bigger team cuz they can "hire" more players, nor do they get to utilize gocarts to travel across the field faster. Or when you play paintball, that rich fuck millionaire doesn't get to blast everyone with a helecopter paintball flyby. Why do videogames promote "RL wealth = more fun" more than RL ffs. This is unfortunate too because videogaming, at heart, is so successful BECAUSE it is an easily accessable low-budget source of entertainment for people. I mean you might think that buying a console system is expensive, and that 50 dollar games are expensive. But the hours of entertainment it provides as opposed to cost is *WAY* cheaper than skiing, golfing, whatever sport, clubbing, movies (movies are cheap but they only last a couple hours so...), operas, etc.

I mean, what makes videogames so successful is that it can target the massive audience of less than wealthy people (and the wealthy people). Kinda like the Sims was a monster hit because its target demographic wasn't just the nerdy gamers, but everyone...The game industry is only going to shoot themselves in the foot in the end if they keep up with the trend of making games more expensive, because they'll alienate the majority of the demographic that ONLY they cater to.

Would it be mean to refer to this as a "Loli bias" ? xD

Not at all ~
It's totally a large possibility of why it's so 8-)
