I guess it's uncommon but we have a movie here called 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert' and it's about drag queens so I've grown up being teased about it. So, it's annoying.

Understandable that it would be annoying to be teased about something like. Shouldn't let them ruin having a great name though.

Hello. Got introduced here by my real life friend Reth.

I'm a big anime fan, and I participate in a lot of discussions, particularly on the Animesuki forums. I also have a MyAnimeList profile, but I mainly use it as a catalogue and database. I have lot of favourite anime series from a variety of genres so I'll be here all day if I were to list them ( ), but my top 3 would approximately be Honey and Clover, Planetes and Seirei no Moribito.

I used to play a lot of video games, I still play the occasional one. I don't really have a preference of genres and I'm willing to try out from all sorts of genres be it FPS, RPGS or JRPGS - as long as it's good! (That means you're out Final Fantasy post FFX). I'm kinda out of touch with JRPGs atm because I haven't keeping up with what's good or not. Last great one I played was Valkyria Chronicles 1 on the PS3, which had an awesome combat system. Other recent Japanese games (non-RPG) I played that I enjoyed were Demon Souls, Bayonetta and Vanquish. The latter in particular I thought was an exceptional third-person "popcorn" shooter that puts the Gears of War franchise to shame.

So hello and feel free to hit me recommendations so I can get started. Cheers
