Yeah, it was about the game. Just people jumping the gun and going all rage on NISA for no reason. I mean, if the game wasn't edited, why would that CG be?

Great question. I think NISA's one of the best at trying to deliver the games as untouched as possible. If NISA was the one that did La Pucelle Tactics (they could've done La Pucelle Ragnarok...), the game wouldn't be nearly as censored as it got by Mastiff.

I think that's truly the case too and I believe they did a very good job doing so with mk2, they edited the necessary things to prevent game from getting an AO rating while remaining true to the original game. They even kept in the Hot Springs event and that was probably the one of the more "risque" parts of the game but yet they kept it in there and remained true to the original game. Only minor things were edited and I think that will be the case with Mugen Souls and these other games, I don't think the things NISA will remove/edit/change will really effect the players and fans ability to enjoy the game or affect the story drastically.

Really I think NISA does an excellent job in that aspect when it comes to the localizations, however with SOPA/ACTA and all that nonsense it will be harder for them to do so, but they still go against the grain and at least try so you gotta give them some credit and respect them for that.

Someone said it before in one of the other sections, NIS/NISA releases the games other companies dare not try to.

EDIT: Lol I post too much. I have the current post in the top 4 topics in the board list... -_- should I tone it down?

In no way could MK2 have gotten an AO rating.

I actually won't deny that but I was just using it as an example. I highly doubt it would have. Really really stupid if a Neptunia game ever did receive an AO, that would just be silly compared to some other games that are completely gory, etc.

An example it may be, however, that's a bit deceiving. People would have raged hat the content they have now been an edited version of the original *Points to Mugen Souls*.

True, absolutely. Though then the question becomes what/how much is going to be edited? For all we know the edits might be totally minor but everyone is getting very upset and not willing to give NISA a chance. I'd be very upset like the rest of the fans too if the changes are major but right now I'm pretty much siding with NISA on this and giving them a chance. In a way though I can understand being aggravated about the whole thing, a similar thing happened to one of my other favorite games years back and I reacted the same way but when it came out I still found myself extremely satisfied with it and noticed that the changes made didn't hinder the games appeal.

I didn't say I'd be mad, I said that people are getting mad without a clue as to what they're going to edit.

There is a difference between censoring and editing.

Editing can be done well, with little impact, possibly positive.

Censoring, I hate for various reasons that probably don't apply here.

Yeah a lot of people are very insecure about that aspect. Personally I hate not knowing what to expect myself, anxiety sucks :/

Either way, Mk2 wasn't edited in any way.

I miss J-horror....

I'm starting to get fed up...

I paid for 1 ~ 3 days shipping not 4 ~ 6, and yet they left it at sort facility in the city for two days... EVEN AFTER IT HAD ALREADY PROCESSED TWICE!?

I swear, if this ISN'T a USPS tracking glitch. My uncle is going to get an earful, since he works for the USPS.

Edit: Oh... NOW it updates... >_>

Arrival at Post Office April 04, 2012, 3:09 am ENID, OK 73701

They are too slow, but this means it's out for delivery. So forty-five minutes to an hour. Woo
