I use anime terms, I've never seen the OAV.

It is completely different. Whether that's good or bad I don't know. So far, it's not really my thing. But, I'll keep on trucking till I can give a fair opinion on things. Plus, I'll be able to just skip the boring cutscenes if I get the NISA version. Though, if they do a dub, then the cutscenes might be better?

And yeah I have the feeling it might be for the worse that it's different then the anime but when NISA releases it I'll probably give it a try anyway but yeah I think because of the differences between the anime and this game may make it "not my cup of tea" persay.

I'm actually thinking if they do a dub the cutscenes would be better, not sure by how much though. From what I've seen in the cutscenes I saw I didn't really think the character's voices matched most of them that well and that made the cutscenes less watchable.

Glad to hear I'm not alone on feeling that way

Hopefully the English dub would fix that issue, however I have the feeling it would be just as bad, because typically when they go to make the English dub they find, and pick a voice actor for the character and base it off of how the original Japanese VA sounded. That's not always the case but 90% of the time with anime and games it's the norm.

^This. I honestly think they can do a great job with it and make the cutscenes and voice acting more tolerable then the Japanese original. I have faith in them

Of what, I'm not exactly sure, seeing as how I've only taken a look at the last few pages of the thread, but it's safe to say that there may be a few misconceptions and misunderstandings based on certain things pertaining to the BRS universe, and the game rather, that you folks may be missing. Not sure if they've been covered at an earlier point in the thread, so I'll leave it be unless something that should be explained shows up during the time I'm reading the thread.
