hurr wait? When did we have mechs as part of the main cast a first time? But anyway, yeah Kos-mos is a good example. But she's an android more than pure mech..in fiction, androids are always impossibly humanish in some way or another.
Eve from Elsword is another good example of a cool "mech" main character, but she's even MORE human-like than Kos-mos..soo.

I agree...Technically...However, in fictitious practice (not that I'm aware of any REAL androids), androids frequently have human qualities that mysteriously go against their artificial nature. I mean Kos-Mos just so happens to have a soul stuck in her, data from star-trek randomly has emotions every so often, etc.
As for the topic, it WAS part of the topic... just saying an android in neptunia wont automagically suck >=P. Seriously, what was the first android in neptunia?
