I actually found episode 2 kinda stalling the show. Though I guess it was important to let us know about her father.

Shows usually do that a lot they take up a episode to explain a backstory of a character or to focus on a different story on different characters you know, it's only a 12 episode show and the plot isn't something that'll take a lot of episodes to explain, so no rush.

Someone posted (in the Accel World thread) that ANN usually isn't the best source (mostly on currently airing series info); gonna guess the site just threw out 12 episodes because 1 season is usually 12~13 episodes. Same with wikipedia which has the series listed as 13 episodes without a source. Myanimelist has it listed as unknown.

You know now that you mentioned that stuff like that happens a lot just like ANN said Haiyore! Nyaruko-San was scheduled for April 10th yet I was able to download it the 9th wen it aired in english subs, though I doubt this series will be longer then 13 ep. or so.

That's not incorrect. Nyaruko-san did air at 2 am on the 10th in Japan. However, that's midday in the states.

On the download sights I used I got a hold of it at 9PM and was able to post the OP on youtube, sometimes you just gotta trust urself about release dates.

right right sorry misunderstood, I understand it now, hmm I get the feeling some of the new romance anime are kind of all odd fetishes, or with someone not human, Nyaruko is a evil monster deity from Cthulu myths, Sankarea is with a dude with a neko ear haircut who wants a zombie chick, and then theres that one with the drool fetish...

Rea's father is certainly a full-on creep.

In the end everybody get's their wish - Rea's a zombie, Furuya gets his zombie cat & girlfriend. And maybe a zombie grandpa lol.

Looking forward to where it goes from here.
