Are there any animations you all would like to see in the next set of userbars? For example: Noire/Sparkling Stars. If this question goes unanswered, I'll just decide on my own.

It's possible. I've seen some edits to still 2D images that create a bounce effect. But since the userbars focus on the face, it's pretty much impossible.

Finding the placement for the logo was top priority for me, and I am pleased it turned out so well. I'm also happy that everyone likes them~! :3

Once more characters are added to this site I'll likely complete this set, just because it's fun to make them ~

The V userbars look great Mizu. I wouldn't fret about not being able to fit the logo. I think making it pop outside the borders was a very stylish decision. Well done my friend~
