ok in this case most men have more of an ego then woman but yes there are women that have egos even bigger then a mans. every one can really have an ego but people think mostly men, like when people say "all men a perverts" well really any one can be a pervert even the little old lady a cross the street....trust me they can be perverted i should know...

there is nothing wrong to be proud of you self but it can be annoying when all that person dose is talk about themselves and how great they are and how they have to be center of attention.

I believe correct word is narcissism, and not ego. Because having an ego is a good thing. At least better than lacking an ego.
