Found unauthorized save file...

I just got my new PS3 and i wanted to pkay some Disgaea. I got out ny flash drove, copied the data to my PS3 and try to load. And the this message appeared. "found Unauthorized content in save data. Please download the downloadable content." so i did. And i had all the DLC released except gig abd the kunoichi pack. I go to my game after downloading every single dlc i paid 1, 2, and 3 dollars on and the message apoears time and time again to haunt me. What in the world gives?

Seems like you may need to deauthorize your old PS3 and authorize your new PS3 for your account purchases.So login to your profile on your old PS3 go to the playstation network tab and go to account managment - click account managment - then Activate System Click PS3 system and it will ask if you want to deactivate. Done.Then activate the new system.

Err, my old ps3 was formatted when i sold it. Does that counts?

I still got nothing -_- activated my new PS3, and downladed all the content once again, but nothing... Nothings happens. I get the same message

Have you installed all of the game updates? It could be that a dlc patch is missing and the game is looking for that dlc info while loading the game.

You may need to contact Sony customer support and deauthorize your old PS3 that way.If the old one wasn't deauthorizaed you may be at your limit for authorizations thus making your new one incapable of authorizing the old content.

Odd that is how I fixed a similar error -after upgrading my ps3 HDD.If you have playstation plus copy the file to the online storage and try using that version.If not then try deleting the save file from the PS3 creating a new game save then copying the old save file into the new directory.Some PS3 games do not allow you to coopy the game saves to usb then transfer it to a new system they implemented this to stop trophy boosting using save files but it hurts legitimate users as well.The loced game saves can be transfered using the cloud storage playstation implemented with playstation plus though.

How can i copy the old save file into the new directory?

On the XMb (ps3 menu) go to the game tab and select saved game utility (PS3).From there you will see and directory with your PS3 game saves and if you have onine storage it shows up there along with a usb memory stick if one is present.for online storage open that folder find the save you want hit triangle and select copy.Te same goes for a USB stick just find the save and copy it to the disgaea 4 saved game folder.

I feel really ashame. I found out what was wrong. It turns out i forgot one crucial piece of DLC that was locking me out. And that was Fallen Angel Flonne. I forgot about (can't believe i did) because i did not use her much, and thus i forgot she was not on common section of the store
