Exactly, I don't hate that the Neptunia cast is being added as DLC, I just want the other IF/CH characters to stand a chance...the only ones that did were Hiro and Leonhardt for obvious reasons

Actually, Nep characters dominated the poll at that time as well. They just put in those characters since I think they wanted a variety, even though they were below a lot of Nep characters on the ranking.

Might've been some internal agreement, yes. o wo It's all good, though. I'm just glad I'm already familiar with the character. Be a bit weird to get DLC characters we'd never seen before.

I think that most of it depends on the votes, though they don't seem to take the top 3, seeing as Hilo and Leonhartd were below a few HDN characters

From what I'm reading on the up coming Neptune dlc that its not really a unique character but you can make you custom characters look like Neptune Nepgear etc etc.

~They have voices you add to your characters so I assume we would get her voice as well~
~Still kinda disappointed how it ended up oh wellz
