I don't like this trend of anything that is remotely popular should have a fucking MMO attached to it.

There are directions I would like the series to go in, and none of them involve an MMO of any kind. Here's a quick list:

1. Vita Remakes of the first 3 games with HD Sprites.
2. Another Infinite-style game. Possibly starring the D4 cast.
3. Another Anime Adaptation. Preferably of D4, but I wouldn't mind one for D3. They may or may not be financially able to do another one, but I would sure love one.
4. Localize the Manga adaptations. The Light Novels I couldn't give two shits about, but the manga is alright.
5. Make Me a Sandwich.

Yep. I think an MMO would be complicated to make anyway. I would much rather prefer that NISA remakes some of its previous games in HD before it even THINKS about an MMO for Disgaea.

Well adressing #1 on your list, they don't have much reason to do so. They just released a port of D3 on the Vita so that would be redundant.

I would love for an anime of D3 and I would read the manga until my eyes dried out.

I mean come on, think about it. Basically a new game (D5 or all Disgaea's together) that keeps growing, no need for buying a PS Vita or PS3. Just a computer -_-"
