He was yet again retelling the story of the previous battle.

"Burdened with the sacrifices of his friends, he had hard time deciding on a wish. Or to be more accurate, deciding 'where' he prefer to be. In a world devoid of friends? Or a world in which his friends exist as pure data?"
This part was more interesting for them. As only Pringles stood in front of the deity who granted the wish - none of them knew what happened there.

"Then it was suggested:

'Going wherever you desire isn't limited by the bounds of time.'

A time leap. The perfect solution. He could use it to go back to the human world and live with his friends anew."
He then smirked.

"But that was a fake 'Happy Ending'. It was a solution for the near future, but not for eternity. Because..."
He now looked at each of them in order.

"The very reason why you all became demons, had to fight each other and ultimately stand in this world yet again - is due to Pringles choosing that wish."
They didn't know how to react.
They had mixed feelings.
They had to hear more.
To know more.

But they were cursed with the worst luck, having Belial as the storyteller.

"Enough for now."
Vampko: "Wait! You gotta explain that last part!"
Ubi: "Indeed. Curiosity was built inside me regarding the matter."
Lopez: "Yeah, you can't stop a story like that midway."

"As I said. Fight me and you'll get your answers."


They all clutched their fists.

This time they were more offensive.

"Well, well."
He had a satisfied smile on his face.
He managed to deflect one attack, yet the other made direct contact.

"But that's weak. Let me show you real strength."
He dashed in his unbelievable speed toward Vampko again.


Vampko: "Why always me NYYYAAAA!?"


He was intensely punched to the face and was set flying. He felt dizzy, as if something was injected into his body.

"And to raise the heat."
Without giving Vampko a chance to land, nor a chance to defend himself, he shot a ball of fire in Vampko's direction.



"Wonder whatever he survive-"


Vampko just leaped from the explosion, seemingly unhurt.

Vampko: " 'Real strength'? Tell me about it, nya."

"Resistant to fire... tch. Very well."
Dark energy began to form around him.



"Let the fangs of death pierce into your soul. Mamudo!"
Each of the trio was soon covered in dark energy.


Dark chains covered them and then - a single invisible slash went over their bodies, spreading death.

Ubi: "Gahhh!"
Lopez: "Damn!"
The two fell on the ground, unable to make a move. Pain composed by Death itself is unlike any other.

"Consider yourself lucky it was me and not Nebiros who used Death against you."
He smirked as he saw the two suffering.
Though his smile soon faded as he laid his eyes on Vampko.

"As for you..."
Vampko managed to avoid the chains and escaped damage yet again.

"You begin to annoy me a bit..."



True or false? What really caused the second incident? Was it really the wish's fault!?

You really made this guy pretty broken: hitting the resistance of one with natural double attack ==> quadruple attack. That is simply absurd.

Incidentally, my predictions (fire and death) have come true; not sure if it is feasible to enact my Ukoback/Berith initiative, but it might be worth discussing. Even two Ukobachs (fire/death resistance) would be fairly useful. With 4 attacks, no one is safe from random death.

Void Aliment is a Shield Skill to void Aliments on your team for a single turn, not a long lasting resistance for yourself.

I am quite doubtful that this will end well in the least. Our survival fully depends on mob randomness; eventually we will get a bad roll of the dice.

I suppose I could make a few guesses. All of his actions neglect HP and SP costs, allowing him to infinite spam his quadruple attacks. Also, on the rare occasion that one bring him to half health, he auto-casts diarahan and/or morning star.

But let us not act as if I am getting frustrated; I am perfectly willing to fight your experimental battle, claymore. Too bad lopez must force it to progress at a sluggish pace.

And don't worry. Even if not Beezlebub, I have enough plans in store for Belial which SHALL, ultimately, draw even Ubi to a state of table flipping

I'll try to keep my expectations regarding success in this battle low.
