I wonder if it'll also offer better servers. I hear it's pretty tough to play fighting games online, compared to xbox because of the lag difference.

Still wouldn't convince me to get Plus, since it really would be of no use to me. Last game I bought for my PS3 was XIII-2, next three games will be imports. But... I guess I'll just wait and see what they have to offer.

Going from multiple rumours I've read about it, they seem to just be revamping PSN plus.

No tiers are included I would assume, since if you look at their twitter accounts, they are urging people to get "current" PSN plus accounts.

If they were going to be revealing a tier based system, they'd probably wait on that. Since that way more people would jump at the different plans, and Sony would receive more money.

I just became aware of the Kingdom Hearts: Remembrance rumour. KH1, 2, CoM, Days, and BbS all in one package in HD for PS3 + Vita (Cross play) and Wii U with new missions.

I know it sounds impossible, but... I am holding onto hope just from a few things Nomura has hinted at:

-Osaka team was hard at work on multiple projects relating to the series
-They were reflecting upon past titles
-He expressed how he realized the series is too far spread apart and wanted to bring it back to consoles
-DDD Ultimania, he mentions how he is working finalizing how to fix the issue of the games being spread out
-Mentioned a remake of Days in the DDD Ultimania, also confirmed the existence of a PS2 build
-Previously mentioned a PS3 build of BbS in the BbS Ultimania
-Teased a MAJOR announcement around DDD's release, saying he'd be able to talk about it "soon"

GameInformer: Would you ever want to see a high-definition collections of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II similar to the upcoming Final Fantasy X HD remaster?

Nomura: I do have an interest in HD versions, and I'm currently researching them. If it is possible, I would like to do something about the series being spread over so many different consoles, too. I am thinking a lot about the future.

I won't get my hopes up JUST YET, but if this turns out to be true... I mean, Kh3 is a no show for a few years, and this is pretty much as "Major" as you could get.

There are so many things for it... but so much against it as well...

I want it to be true, but reality keeps screaming DON'T FALL FOR THE LIE.
So for once, I am going to be cautiously optimistic... haha.

I'd much rather it be the KH3 announcement...has that already been ruled out?

I have a 99.9% feeling that it won't be KH3.

IIRC, he said that there most likely won't be a KH3 until after Versus is done...or something like that

Whelp, that makes whatever he has to announce pointless

I couldn't care less about a compilation of old games. That's not a 'big' announcement at all. HD collections are neat, but they're nowhere near 'massive'. To me anyway.

This. I don't feel like I am dying to have any of new HD packs.

Nomura said he was considering an iOS game, and that the next main project he was going to start would be something "light".

vampko wrote:I'd much rather it be the KH3 announcement...has that already been ruled out?

Nomura started working on the script a few days after DDD's release, if what he tweeted that day is to be believed. But he said before that they had two more games, one for a mobile device and the "Mystery project" which he's been working on since BbS. =3=
