I don't agree with that terminology anymore. A season is a season. I know people use cours and the like, but I use seasons. Winter is only Winter. it's not Winter-Spring.

I really hope Chiaki gets lots of screentime the final episode....

Dang, I posted that other Kane being his illegitimate twin brother as a joke. Didn't think it'd actually be spot on correct.

Well you never know. next week is the final ep. Can't wait.

Final episode was amazing ~

That battle was so masterfully orchestrated by Marika and the other pirates really helped to play their parts well. Seriously, she completely fooled Quartz Christie. And, I think Chiaki will end up going with Marika for sure! It was nice that she passed the exams and saved the pirating world at the same time. She really is amazing ~

And 'scary' as Kane's brother put it

I also loved how the purpose of the ship being unmanned was actually purposeful. So the ship could self-destruct without killing fellow govt employees. It shows that the Galatic government isn't some careless and selfish group. It's little details like these that always made this show so great `

I am hoping for a third season ~

The movie's not the best indicator, since that usually means that there won't be more seasons, but I still hope it'll happen anyway! Still, the movie I am excited for. Although I hope it's not some recap like some thought.
Easily one of the best anime out there this was ~

Got around to marathoning the remainder of the series; I stopped watching after the rescue Jenny arc, since I heard it was splitting off from the source, and the "clean the ship!" episode was rather boring. Nebula Cup mini-arc was good, and the final arc was particularly awesome, glad I finished it! I hope the movie is good too!

Actually, Hayate the Combat Butler got a movie, and is moving into it's 3rd season, so there's always the possibility that there could be a 3rd season for this...maybe
