If I was rich,healthy,had alot of friends, a nice GF, a promising future etc. THEN I'd be happy always. PPL who have all of that and still depressed are ppl with true clinical depression.

well,we're still different,i don't have friends and those who i trusted are still betraying me,i still don't have a work etc... the only good thing are my mother and akiza(dog,yes,not the family,just mom&dog),even my psychiatrist was a jerk...

if they are lying to you and taking advantage of your trust then they were probably only using you in the first place. try to find people that arent superficial

dont think this will help you but when i get REALLY miserable i eat pasta sounds stupid i know but it changes my mood really fast, maybe you can find a food (preferably healthy) that does the same.

and anyway no,the nearest thing to what you said for me it's milk,but even cereal trolls me.

calorical level? please explain as i've had pasta on and off for 40+ years and never had a problem with it in a basical cooked form or mixed with/into extra items

i don't remember how to say it... anyway,even if you eat it everyday,except sometime,don't eat more than 1 portion.
