if they are lying to you and taking advantage of your trust then they were probably only using you in the first place. try to find people that arent superficial

uuhm... be careful,most types of pasta are extremely at calorical level.
and anyway no,the nearest thing to what you said for me it's milk,but even cereal trolls me.

calorical level? please explain as i've had pasta on and off for 40+ years and never had a problem with it in a basical cooked form or mixed with/into extra items
