You know I never thought of it like that. The time they would spend on Criminal Girls could be used to localize a much better game. But then again, games like D4, ZHP, Prinny 2, Neptune, AT3, Rorona, Totori, and ClaDun will easily be localized before this so it wouldn't really matter what they would put off for Criminal Girls. With a line up like that I'll be knee deep in jrpgs until 2012! I can't think of anything else that demands my immediate attention, and since I want this game I wouldn't mind throwing it at the end of the list.

My thinking is why localize a game which is guarenteed almost to sell less than 500 copies? It doesnt make business sense to me.

If nisa is focusing on localizing quality games and nis japan is making a vow to internally develop 1,2 games a year....... this game is counter productive (nis japan really has nothing to do with the game other than publishing)

Yeah I agree. But that's why I wish developers would include English text in little titles like this. That way we would never have to worry about localization issues and just import. That would be an additional 500 copies sold to the Japanese developers and everyone would be happy.

It costs too much to add the localized languages right away, which is why localization companies exist

I must agree, localizing this will add to the NISA's games that get localized and doesn't sell even a quarter of the JP sales.
