I noticed that too and even saw free shipping for downloadable content, must be something new they're implementing. Well I chose the next day air for $3, I hope that wasn't a mistake and they try to charge me some $36 for shipping later. Now I'm thinking I shouldn't have done that...

And that is why I choose the normally lowest shipping. I didn't want it to readjust and do the same thing for me. Besides last time it took just 2 days to get to my house, so I'm hoping this time will get me the same results and I don't have to worry about them charging me the real price for that shipping. :shock:

They fixed the $3 shipping order. Good thing I went with the cheapest. Though I think that if they advertised one price, even if it was a glitch, they have to go with it. I'm pretty sure that's the law.

Well then they're breaking the law with me. Sure enough they charged me $36 to ship my pre-order. I should have chosen the cheapest shipping method, now I have to email them and change it...

Well it is a confirmation, under their terms of use it does say something about how the website is subject to errors and that they can be changed. Looks like they covered their asses, but I still feel cheaped out.

Anyways, now my account on the store doesn't even recognize that I have pre-ordered the item. It's just not there at all. It hasn't said it's been changed or canceled. Just poof, gone. *sighs* Here I go again. I replied to the email saying my situation and hope it can be fixed soon. The one thing I'm worried about is that I used my coupon and if I have to repurchase it, if my coupon will still work. That was 10 bucks off right there! Plus my paypal still has the order pending...

I'm almost to the point of saying I'm just going to go through rightstuf.com for anime and other places for games. Sure I will miss out on some bonuses, but the shipping will be cheaper. But we shall see how this goes.

UPDATE: Got an email from NISA saying I have two accounts and that my pandorahearts order is under the account I didn't know I had, so I know I didn't use it to make my purchase. So how that happened, I have no idea. But they will be merging my accounts and I hopefully won't have anymore issues.

I had the same problem, having two different accounts. That's why my points weren't showing up before, but they merged them for me.

Now I have to have them change my shipping type. And also, doesn't Z.H.P. come out on the same day? Couldn't I have them combine my orders as well?

Just email and they will merge your two orders together. Let's just hope your billing doesn't get messed up like mine.

I figure the other account was my rosenqueen account, but I have no idea even how to sign into that one, so I know I put my order in the current one. So I guess when they fixed the shipping they might have moved it there by accident as that account has my name and not my username.

Ok, I emailed them and hopefully everything goes ok. I don't want to have to resort to another site for my anime and gaming goods, but their shipping is killer and there always seem to be problems...

Edit: Like totally awesome! Within just a few minutes I received an email informing me that they've not only corrected my shipping type but merged my orders as well! NISA has the best online customer service experience ever!
