Ok so I'm on the store to buy both volumes of Toradora, and something doesn't seem quite right... Here is my cart summary

and man, up to $36 right now... and i dunno hopefully i can get my dad to give me $30 of my baby sitting money so when i go on the trip so i dont spend into my $36.
and yea i was just looking around to see how much shipping would be on nisa, and i got the same thing, i went to the FAQ's to see, and aparently their shipping stuff gets screwed sometimes... so yea if it wont work then you'll have to call in(i think) but i also think they put a $350 cap to purchases(including shipping)

Having an AP course in psychology still doesn't explain the 4.2 to me. Unless your grading system just happens to go to 4.2 in which case, what an odd number.

NISA better start getting their act together. Since they have moved stores things have been wonky for me and other members. I can't make a purchase anymore without their being an issue or two.

Check that Wikipedia link I posted. In the US, taking honors or AP classes boosts your GPA, making the max 5.0.

An A in an AP class is a 5.0. That factors into the average.

Wiki said an A is from 4.5 -5 and a B where Sj's GPA was a 4.2 so that fits in the B catagory according to the Wiki article. So I'm not sure what you are talking about with averages.

Depends on country, school, and classes, but GPAs go up to 5.0 sometimes in the U.S.

I got 5 A's in regular courses. Each A adding 4 points to my average.
I got 1 A in an ap course, adding 5 points to my average.

(4+4+4+4+4+5)/6 = 4.16

Round that up, and there is my 4.2.

So nisa's store messes up a lot?

At least they have for me. One of my orders my debit card mysteriously didn't work. I use this same card for all my purchases off and online. They only time I have a problem is when I try to go over my daily limited which persona was the only thing charged to it that day and it's no where near my limit. I have also used the same card at the NISA store once before and there was no issue. When I received the email I called them and the guy on the phone tried it again and he said there was an unknown error. It was not declined which would have happened if I went over my daily limited. They had no reason why it had an error and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I really wasn't expecting them to, but it would have been nice.

So the next purchase I made sure to use paypal. But of course the shipping was off. So I had to send them another payment.

I also had the issue with having two accounts because of the switch from rosenqueen to the nisa store. However I don't know where the second one came from. There was no points on it even though I did order from rosenqueen, Those points where added in the one I always sign into. So when I couldn't see my order they said it was in the other one. However I don't even know how to sign into the other one and when I ordered my item I had all the points from before so I know I was in the right one. So I think when they changed the order they put it back in the wrong one. They did combine my two accounts so it shouldn't happen again.

So now I hope that all the errors and problems are behind us, but it does seem like the incorrect shipping is still an issue.

For me they just sent me two copies of Toradora vol 1. But, play-asia sent me two copies of FFXIII JP version. So maybe I just have that kind of strange luck? I sent back the Toradora, but I kinda held onto the FFXIII...
